Highly recommend this company, they picked us up promptly at 4:50am and were well organized. Our Captain was very professional, and was still able to fill the experience with fun lighthearted moments. What a spectacular way to see Cappadocia, it was spectacular and a must do, and this company was great. Totally reccomend them.

Hotel pick up and drop-off, extremely organized! The operator of the balloon was extremely knowledgeable and experienced and made us feel very safe! We took off and landed and the perfect time and got to enjoy the sunset from the balloon! HIGHLY RECOMMEND

I took the balloon adventure with Turkiye Ballons which was a wonderful experience. The ballon ride was safe and very smooth, and the balloon operators did everything to please the passengers with very good information, and explanations of everything under and around the balloon, This is a lifetime experience and you should try to do it with the Turkiye Balloon tours.

Proper communication and on-time pickup. The hot air balloon ride was excellent, offering spectacular views of the sunrise. We were in the air for about 50 minutes.

I have always dream of visiting Cappadocia, of taking a sunrise hot air balloon ride over the surreal landscape of this central region of Turkey. Finally I did it. Outside of the vendors control the ride was canceled- I’m guessing due to wind conditions. The communication leading up to the event was great but not the day of. While the ride being cancelled was disappointing, it was the lack of communication that made it frustrating. I was picked up at 0335. We received very few updates about the status of the ride and then it was canceled- they had no spaces to reserve the next day so I missed the experience entirely. So better communication would be great day of versus just sitting and not knowing what’s happening. Still would recommend because I didn’t actually take the ride to be able to evaluate that.

The cancellation of the flight in the morning was not known in advance by our teams either. The decision to cancel a flight is made by the Civil Aviation Authority, and we are only able to inform you once we have been officially notified. Like you, we were also waiting for the flight confirmation in the morning.
While you were waiting at the boarding area, you were informed about the delay, and when the cancellation was officially announced at 5:00 a.m., a notification message was sent to you.
Due to the high season and the unavailability of seats for the following day, a full refund has been issued to you.

A BIG shout out to TÜRKIYE BALLOON company. Their team was very kind, cheerful, and skillful making the HAB ride absolutely amazing for all of us.
The pilot was very skillful bringing us low deep into the valley for close up look of the fairy chimneys. The ground team getting the balloon, nicknamed “the beast”, up and down, helped us in and out of the basket, pickup and drop off from hotel, AND hand delivered gift to us at the hotel afterwards. The gentleman went up to the restaurant looking for us just to deliver our gifts personally.

One of favorite things to do in Turkey. The balloon had 20 people so it was a bit crowded but the sunrise was a sight to behold. Definitely recommended!

This is a can’t-miss experience while in Capadoccia. The breakfast included was nothing special, but satisfying nonetheless. We got a flight certificate at the end which was cute. The flight lasted over an hour and the pilot picked good spots
Only complaints are 1) the provided champagne was nonalcoholic 2) I was traveling with just one friend and they made us wait to get in last (despite not being at the back of the line) so that couples could board first, which resulted in us being separated.

Absolutely amazing, the trip was fantastic. We got lucky with a very nice day. The day after us rained and nobody could go out, so keep that in mind. Our tour was about an hour + pick up and drop off and it was well worth the money.

Pickup and drop-off was on time. The company contacts you One day before the tour for any additional details. They refund the trip if weather isn’t favorable. The staff are helpful. This trip isn’t suitable for anyone needing help to climb into the balloon basket as Step ladder wasn’t provided. They record the flight and offer the usb with video and photos for 30 euros. No restrooms, so go prepared! Breakfast box has croissant, juice, chocolate and water.

It was amazing experience and we felt very safe. Very happy we chose this company. Only down side was the breakfast box. For me it was importent to have food but this was not suitable for me. There was only packaged hard croissant and chocolate bar, so make sure u have your own food to bring or eat before u go.

A highlight in all of my travels! Twenty people in the air balloon + 2 pilots. The crew really made us all feel safe which is important for people who are afraid of heights. They gave out a light breakfast bag before the ride, and we did celebratory drinks at the end of the flight - a nice touch!
