Remember to always maintain 1 meter distance from each other and if not, wear masks and gloves

The hosts Carla and Fabio were wonderful teachers and chefs. The art of pasta making is unique and we went through each step with delicious results. I enjoyed getting just outside Ferrara to see the fresh herbs and garden that they have built and use in their cooking. We prepared tortellini with ricotta filling and a strata with puff pastry and filled with zucchini, carrots and provolone cheese. Incredible opportunity for skill building and culinary delights. Perfecto!!
