A wonderful day we will always remember. We were grateful for the warm and kind hospitality of Carla and Fabio. Carla transported us in her car to/ from our hotel. They welcomed us into their home and shared with us their love of the traditional cuisine of Ferrara and their pride and passion for the culture and heritage of their community. The meal was great!
Assisting in preparing a part of the delicious 4 course meal they provided was a wonderful experience. We are excited to make the recipes they shared in our own home.

Our hosts were Carla and Fabio who are excellent chefs. It was wonderful to visit a home just outside the city of Ferrara. It was a delicious meal prepared by our hosts with local favorite recipes and unique preparations including Pinzini which is a dough that puffs like a pillow when cooked. We cut it open and filled it with wonderful salami, ham and cheese. The homemade pasta was some of the best I had ever experienced in Italy. The hospitality felt genuine and the night could not have been better. Highly recommend our hosts Carla and Fabio.

Elisa was an absolute delight! We immediately felt at home and part of the family. We had tasty snacks from the local area and sipped on Prosecco whilst she was busy explaining and cooking. We were pulled in to help roll out and cut the pasta. Sat at the table as family and had a delightful spread for lunch.
