Great value and definitely worth the time. The only thing that I can add is if they give a poor description of where to meet the boat. It’s under the church with the big chapel. That is something that you can see.

Really bad service, if you order online tickets you get a trouble by the boat , they don’t recognize the Viator online tickets ,let you change always kd tickets but when you go there , just asking you to connect with the internet seller of refund of tickets are sold out , no place to go exchange recent tickets ... very rude , we waited 5 Hours get a next ship

The boat was fantastic, it looked good and was comfortable. The staff were lovely and we were able to purchase drinks on board as requested. It's just not much of an experience as there was next to nothing to see. Customer service was top notch but overall, you could probably just walk down the side of the Rhein and get the same feel for the City.

That it is an up and down boat that shows the quay twice, little interesting is told and still very poorly understood, already made a lot of mussel and rhine trips and this has really been a waste of my money

Leider war der Startpunkt des Schiffes schwer zu finden, keine sichtbaren Adressen am Rheinufer noch der Name des Schiffes war klar. Bei 35 Grad Temperatur sind wir zuerst in die falsche Richtung gelaufen und haben auf die letzten Minuten das Schiff erreicht.
Die Schifffahrt war okay, leider wurde zu wenig der Medienhafen angefahren.

Gekauft haben wir diese Tour, weil sie mit Kommentar versprochen wurde. Leider hat dies nicht stattgefunden. Am Ende der Fahrt haben wir dann erfahren, dass an den Tischen hierfür ein QR Code gewesen wäre. Das gab es an unserem Tisch nicht. Dies sollte im Vorfeld beim Kauf der Tickets kommuniziert werden!! Sehr Unglück
