Arrive at least 15 minutes before departure. Late arrivals may result in reduced cruise time; no extensions are provided. Missed tours are considered no-shows and are non-refundable.
Check-In Requirements: Present your voucher at check-in. All passengers must carry a valid ID (Passport or Local EID). IDs must be shown upon request by the tour operator for verification prior to the trip and at check-in.
Tours depart on time. If your tour follows another booking, late arrivals may have shortened cruise duration.
Rescheduling Policy: Rescheduling is only allowed if - The request is made at least 24 hours in advance, subject to availability. Weather conditions prevent operation (as decided by management). Other operational issues prevent the tour (as decided by management)
Swimming is available during daytime charters and is best enjoyed on bookings of three hours or more. Kindly note that indulging in a swim may slightly shorten your cruising duration, as the yacht will anchor to ensure a safe and leisurely experience.

Trip was nice, of course its a boat trip in the night of Dubai. But pickup late, trip started 20 mins late and then shortened by 10 minutes. Despite my previous communication with organizer. 2 point deducation. This kind of behavior is in-acceptable and is an insult to someone’s intellect. It would have been a great night for the family if this poor minded behavior would not be there, to save fuel to save time..to charge full.

Misleading, confirm that the boat as advertised is the exact one you are booking.

The yacht that was advertised was not the one we boarded. I was deeply disappointed when we were placed on an older boat with cracked leather seats. I had shared photos of the advertised yacht with my family beforehand, only to feel embarrassed when it turned out to be a different, less appealing vessel.

The Yacht crew were wonderful .They were very nice and took great picture of us during the cruise .The biggest disappointment was we were given the wrong meeting point and there was no designated booth for the company .We were instructed by Viator to meet in front of the Spinners but the meeting point was on the other side of the Marina ..An accurate meeting point should be given- the heat was intense and we have to book a taxi for the meeting point and did a long walk in the intense heat .

Your 2 hours trip is cruising Marina + Atlantis but when the captain asks if you want to go Atlantis or Burj Al Arab you choose to go Burj Al Arab. Which means you change your route to Marina + Burj Al Arab. Kindly understand your trip to avoid confusion in the future and making a bad impression. We have given you what you have chosen. Regards

The captain and his deckhand was amazing. They decorated the boat for me for my birthday and had a birthday cake and the cake was delicious. It was only 3 of us but the boat could definitely accommodate a lot more. The boat was clean and spacious. They made sure to cruise by all the great photo op spots and even took pics of us. They were extremely kind, professional and sweet. When we come back we are going to book with them again.

The company contacted us in advance with timings and locations. The yacht was stunning. The captain was friendly and professional, his helper ensured we had cold drinks and took lots of photos for us. We went up as far as the Atlantis and then moved somewhere where we could have a little swim. They had a large speaker which we played our music through. We had such a fun time we didn’t want it to end! Only one issue which was no towels provided despite the confirmation saying we’d have them. Would highly recommend (but take your own towels!). There’s a shop called the Spinneys at the Marina where you can grab wraps, drinks, fruit etc if needed before or after the trip.

Nice intro into the city

One hour tour and nice way to get an introduction to the city on the water. Yacht was older but great and served our purpose of being on the deck, listening to jams and enjoying the views with family. There were 8 of us. The crew was courteous and kept the refreshments coming to keep us cool in the heat. We did not see many of the landmarks I was hoping to see, but all in all it was great to be out!
