Ali was amazingly attentive! He escorted us from one adventure to the next making sure our needs were met and that we enjoyed the excursion to the fullest. Tourist trap, bad experience. We were picked up at 2:30 and only started the safari at 5pm. The driver Abdullah felt quite aggressive and rude and rushed us all the time, I felt quite stressed the whole time. He decided to pick up some last minute guests and in total we were 2 hours only in Dubai traffic. Arrived there at 4:30, he told us to get out and wait for others to do quad bikes, even if the other guests didn't want quad bike, nothing was mentioned in the trip about this. So we waited until 5pm, meanwhile he took some other people for safari. By the time we arrived in the desert it was past 5pm, got like 5 minutes to take pictures before the sun set. Then the driver took some other people back and we were left in the middle of the desert, it was windy, no sun anymore until he came back. It was already too dark for the camel ride. Then when arrived for dinner he tried to sell us the VIP dinner, even though we tried to explain him that 2 years ago we did the same tour with the same company and it was included. He didn't understand, in the end we said OK we pay, we got there and he realised we were actually on the list for the VIP dinner. The food was OK, but everybody was literally fighting for food at the buffet. As mentioned, we did the same tour, same company and it was good, this time it was a horrible experience and I don't recommend it to anyone.

If I could give 10 stars, I would!!! The tour was fantastic and dune bashing was so much fun. Hassam, our tour guide, was great. He picked us up from our hotel and dropped us off. He was very considerate and thoughtful of everyone's well-being and very skilled in dune bashing. I loved talking to him on our ride to the desert and back. The food was delicious, especially the BBQ chicken! Overall, I would highly recommend this tour to anyone and everyone; I have no complaints.

Very good experience wonderful guides in both cars looked after us really well and upgraded us to VIP fir the meal and show. Only down was price of and the way that the extra 4 wheeler bike exp was run.

We were promptly picked up at our hotel. It's quite a drive from the city, but you end up in a completely different atmosphere. Even though the camp is quite crowded and touristy, the guides know exactly who has made which booking or whether a camel ride is included or not. The 'long' camel ride of 110m is just for photos actually. Of course you can have your picture taken with a falcon for a fee, scarves etc. cost money and you can ride a quad on a very small circuit. The dune bashing is very spectacular. You ride in a group behind each other, we were lucky that we went with the team leader and therefore rode at the front. He really dared extreme things with the car. Dune bashing is also combined with sandboarding (1 sandboard for about 25 people..) from a hill (sitting, not standing because too dangerous). So you will get your turn at most once if you are lucky. You will of course watch the sunset and then drive back to the camp for dinner and different shows. The food is very varied and tasty (we are vegetarians). We thought the fire show was the most spectacular. Those guys can really do something! But.. the music is really really loud! Concluding: a nice experience.

The tour started very badly. The pickup driver texted us 5 minutes before scheduled time to tell us his car broke down. We then waited almost an hour before someone picked us up. He never introduced himself as a representative of the tour or told us any information about what was happening. The car had no signage to identify the tour either. When I got in the car there was no seatbelt in the back seat. When I asked him about it the driver was annoyed. We then proceeded to drive almost an hour into the desert without a word being spoken from him.
Once we got to the camp we had an additional guide who was really nice. We did the camel ride which is 5 minutes time tops. The guide did offer to take great pictures. The 4x4 part of the tour was awesome. Our professional 4x4 driver was amazing. Great thrill but the entire ride was 10 minutes tops. The dinner and show was nice. We upgraded to VIP for a minimal cost and enjoyed the food and entertainment. Over all a nice time but very misleading on the activities and duration time of those activities. The original driver took us back to hotel.

Awesome tour! Special shout-out to Ali Mansoor for making this trip out to the desert extra fun. Ali catered to our needs and went up and beyond to make sure we had a good time. He also was able to capture some photos of our time with the camels & ATVs. Our driver through the desert gave us a thrilling ride right before sunset. After getting some sunset desert photos we finished the night with a delicious BBQ dinner and entertainment. The fire dancer was spectacular!

The overall excursion had some fun moments but it definitely was less exciting than we thought. It advertises an “extended camel ride” and a fantastic show — we got on the camels, walked in a circle and got down. They also offered ATV rides for an extra fee, we thought it was an actual ATV ride on a path but once we got on they just told us we can drive around in a circle in a gated area, waste of money. The sand dune ride in the cruiser and the photo opportunities was the most amazing part. Everything else was nickle and diming you, the “included henna” was a super small flower, the rest you had to pay. We had to wait 2-3 hours for dinner and the show which both were lackluster. If there’s a way to just pay for a desert visit and camel rides do that, this whole excursion wasn’t worth it to be honest, not to mention the flies were brutal until the sun went down.

Regarding flies, In open desert no one can control sessional mother-nature's cycle, they appears in evening and gone as sun went down.

Nice guy and owner of the property. The issue I had was the constant attempt by his friends or other vendors to constantly pull money out my pocket. First it was the guy charging me and my boys for putting a Falcon on our shoulder. Hs exact words after putting the falcon and and taking him off was, "pay me". He should have said "slap me" for such a unprofessional way of doing business. Then it was a full blown negotiation to ride the Dune buggies which ended up being in a relatively small circle. Then the camel ride was a negotiation. The ride is like 2 steps for for more money you get 20 steps - these tactics just kept pissing me off. Then the sand boarding. We were give one board for four of us and told to go behind some shed to a little hill and we could ride down it. All with no instruction. So we just said forget it. Then we went to the live entertainment. and as soon as we walked though the door, some guy was trying to sell us soda's even though drinks was part of the package. All this not to mention the photographer who followed us around only to pressure us at the end to buy pictures. It was like when will this all end. The only part that was really enjoyable was the dune bashing and I was fortunate enough to be with the owner who knew what he was doing and that was really kool. But we were cut short as one of the other Land Cruisers got stuck and we had to rescue them. Then it was about 1.5 hours back. It was almost they did just enough to be able to say they delivered on the promise. But if you offer a camel ride for example, is 20 steps (not literally) really delivering on your promise? Is riding dune buggies in a small circle really allowing me to enjoys ridding dune buggies? Again - nice guy, would love to have a beer with him, and I'm sure he's helping his friends and community get a cut of the tourist action. But all this begging and harassment to strain money out my pocket is not kool.
