- Tickets are valid for Date and time selected. Valid identity proof required.
- E-Tickets will be forwarded via Email by one day before the tour date. No need to print, you can show from smart phone itself.
- Child 0 to 2 Years old not allowed
- To ride on the Snow Bullet Ride children must be above eight years of age, 125 cm in height and more than 30 kg in weight. Adults should not weigh more than 120 kg
- Helmets are compulsory for children under 13 years old.
- Some rides and features require height and weight restrictions.
- Drinking and eating on the cold side is only permitted at the Avalanche Café and North 28 restaurant (Working hours: from 10 am to midnight)
- There will be no refund for unused or partially used services.
- Guests are prohibited from bringing food and drinks into the Park.
- Slope access is available for experienced Skiers/Snowboarders only.
- Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
- Children below 2 years of age are considered an infant and infants are not allowed to this activity

Visiting Ski Dubai was such a unique and exciting experience! It’s incredible to step into a snowy winter wonderland right in the middle of the desert. The temperature drop hits you as soon as you walk in, and the snow feels so real. The staff were friendly and helpful, making sure everyone stayed safe and had fun. It was truly an unforgettable experience—definitely a must-do when visiting Dubai!

Had a great time! Went on a day with no lines and didn’t have to wait to get on rides. Don’t know how I would feel if I had to wait in long lines to ride because it is very cold in there. The socks they provide are not thick so your toes will start to hurt from the cold after about half hour. With the short lines we were able to ride a few things then go out of the cold area to ‘thaw out’ then we’d go back in. We wore the provided jacket, pants, gloves, socks and boots. Thought the value for what you get was excellent. Food prices were also good. Loved all the rides! Favorite was the zipline and mountain slide. Highly recommend to try!

A full on ski resort in a shopping mall which itself is located the desert just off the Arabian Gulf. Need I say more?
I will. They have diamond level slopes for skiing, bumpy hill for tubing and a ball you can roll inside if you want to know what it feels like to be a snowball. And penguins! Yes, live penguins.
My only gripe is that the various activity packages should be more transparent about what is included and what is not.

We did not really get what we paid for and would have been better off booking directly with Ski Dubai. We paid for but did not use the ski lesson (available times were plentiful at first look, but they were relatively inflexible in accommodating our jet lag and long commute to Dubai) and Penguin Adventure(not even really sure what this is or was supposed to be). We ended up showing up when we could (again, given our jet lag) and then getting in line (the vouchers don’t allow you to bypass the lines), grabbing our equipment, and then simply going down the hills without any lessons. Even though we arrived prior to the lesson time on the voucher, they INSISTED that we missed our lesson time. Not sure why that was, but we were too exhausted to fight, and skipped the lesson and penguin adventure. It is a good thing we already knew how to ski, so we went down for a few runs and that was sufficient to get our IG photos and leave. So overall, Ski Dubai is fun to try, but no need to over pay or book additional activities using this vendor. Just go to the site for Ski Dubai and buy what you need.

Ski Dubai excellent. Buying tickets this way. Terrible. Had to keep pestering them to send me voucher. Almost did not get penguins bc not deliver as promised.

The idea of a ski resort inside a building is so innovative, this is a must-do. But they go beyond that. The selection of rides is large, and fantastic for kids, but appropriate enough that you can do it all within a few hours, because eventually the cold catches up with your desire to keep going. Thankfully there is a warm cabin for lunch and a hot chocolate/coffee/tea stand. Even if you can’t ski, the zipline is a great substitute, and the Mountain Thriller is a rush.

I enjoyed myself immensely! I think I received great value for the price I paid. I was skiing in Vail, CO two weeks before my trip to Ski Dubai and the price I paid here would only get me rental equipment in Vail. The fact that the cost includes everything (rental equipment, clothing including socks and access to the chair lift) was fantastic. Since the snow is man made, it was a little icy, but still very skiable. I had a great time and would definitely do it again if/when I come back to Dubai.

Had a long layover in Dubai, scheduled a quick trip to Ski Dubai. The company contacted me immediately and we used Whatsapp to communicate and send the tickets. Drivers were on time, and well informed. The only issue is the advertise a Snow Classic admission, but on the Ski Dubai website, no such pass exists so you cannot prepare for your visit. We ended up waiting in lines in Ski Dubai to upgrade to get some what is called skiing done (from Utah, ski dozens of days each winter, so this was a just to say I've done it). Royal Smart Tourism, great to deal with. My only suggestion would be to be more clear on the pass, but no other provider had the information either. I would not hesitate to use Royal Smart again, the next time I am in Dubai.
