I would have provided this a 0 if I could. Do not book with this Tour Operator, they do not care about the customer experience. The tour was falsely advertised (no mention of a shared car), the driver was speeding excessively, and dangerously, the other group of passengers were extremely rude and unsettling to the point I feared for my safety and ended up arranging alternate transportation home. Dinner and entertainment was ok, lacked atmosphere by the other guests - its like no one wanted to be there. When all of our concerns were raised with Viator and the tour operator, they lacked the ability to resolve adequately. Do not book with Viator, or this tour operator. Get your hotel concierge to book direct you will have a far better service for the same price or less!!!

As we have discussed earlier, you had the option to inform us of any real-time issues via WhatsApp or email, but we did not receive any updates until after the services were fully utilized. Kindly note, drivers cannot overspeed as there are cameras across the roads, and any violation results in fines. Additionally, the tour details clearly mention it is a shared tour, not a private safari. As informed, we are still investigating this matter and will revert with a resolution shortly.
