Itinerary

Meet your guide at your Dubai hotel and be shown to your private, air-conditioned Hummer H2: a deluxe SUV known for its rugged good looks.

Then, hop inside and sit back and relax as you cruise out of Dubai. Watch as the skyscrapers are replaced by the UAE desert, and admire the scenery as you journey toward a region of dunes.

As you near, go off road in your Hummer, traversing the sands in your stylish 4x4 before enjoying a dune bash. Hold tight as your driver steers your Hummer up and over the dunes: climbing to the sandy peaks before slipping and sliding back down on a thrilling coaster ride.

Next, visit a viewpoint to enjoy a desert sunset and photo opportunity. Pose for a professional shot as the sun sinks below the dunes, and if you wish, try your hand at sand boarding. Grab one of the supplied boards and after instructions, have a go at surfing down the sandy slopes.

Then, drive on to a Bedouin-style camp in the dunes and enjoy an array of activities. Take a camel ride across the sands, watch a falcon show, get a henna tattoo, purchase souvenirs (own expense) from handicrafts vendors, dress up in traditional Arabic costume for a souvenir photo — there’s plenty to enjoy.

As darkness descends, savor a barbecue buffet dinner of dishes such as chicken kebabs, vegetable curry, and fluffy Arabic breads, served with non-alcoholic drinks. Alcoholic drinks are also available (own expense).

While you eat, be entertained by glittering belly dancing and spinning tanoura acts, watching the talented performers swirl and sashay under the stars.

Finally, return to your private Hummer and ride back to Dubai where your tour ends with a hotel drop-off.
