The driver was late, he was very apologetic and very friendly but his English was limited. He offered to drop us for some food after.
We were never offered any water which was included in the price.
The Global Village was expensive once inside and feel that this should be included on the price. It was Dubai's version of the Epcot. The Miracle Garden I hope to forget about.

My trip to the Miracle Garden was canceled because it was hot. I chose the city tour instead. Umar was wonderful. He showed me all parts of Dubai. He gave me very important information about Dubai. We stopped at places I also wanted to visit. I highly recommend it.

This is our first time booking activity with Viator, however it went terribly with the whole trip experience. First, our pick up was delayed for 30 minutes although the driver called, then no greeting or introduction at pick up or during the driving neither providing the bottle of water as the voucher includes. The miracle garden is small and crowded and it only took us less than one hour to finish walking around the whole park. So, we were expecting the second trip would be more fun. When we were dropped off at the second destination , the driver told us he would be in the parking lot waiting any time that we would be out. The park is big but mainly for shopping and eating. So, after self touring at the Global Village for around 1 and half hour then we called the driver and walked out the park to expecting to get picked up as he told us originally since we were finished. However, surprisingly our driver told us over the phone it would be a while since he wasn’t around which was odd. Since when we called him we were already out, so by no choices, we had to wait at the parking lot, wasn’t think it was 40 minutes long waiting before our driver finally showed up then led us to his car which has been parking there for the all time, so not sure what happened? No explanation from our driver only silence driving whole time. In conclusion, we spent more money on these two trips and hope would be a fun and guided experience but totally not. We were really regretting made a bad decision to book this trips. Instead we should call a taxi and buy tickets ourselves and it would be much cheaper and mor enjoyable trips than this one.

These places were not open on the day we booked it which was September 13th. We were notified about it the night before our scheduled time. This shouldn't be available for people to purchase!

Our tour guide was accommodating as the Miracle Garden and Global Village were closed. We were offered a refund for GV and a switch to The Butterfly Garden. Our party of 4 thought that was an even trade-off. Faizan was an informative and knowledgeable friend. We definitely recommend and will reach out when we return to Dubai.

Had a fantastic day out at the Miracle Garden and Global Village. Our tour guide was called Mirza and he was brilliant. Picked us at Jumeriah beach hotel in a luxury air conditioned suv. Firstly took us to Miracle Garden where we spent an hour while Mirza waited on us, then onto Global Village where we spent a couple of hours. Both venues were well worth a visit. Highly recommend our tour guide Mirza, very friendly and very knowledgeable about Dubai. Looking for a great day out dont hesitate just book this, you wont regret it.

Faizan Mirza was very informative and kind during our travel time to each location. He was on time and could answer any questions we had. The whole excursion was smooth. Miracle garden was beautiful and you can spend however much time you like. The flower art is amazing! Global village was fun, very carnival like. We enjoyed miracle garden the most. I would definitely book another excursion with this tour operator.

Exquisite! The miracle garden is very charismatic. The flowers cultivated happiness, joy and fairy tale.
Global village is a melting pot of other countries. Giving you a preview and a taste of various cultures.
Our tour guide was punctual, nice, assertive and informative.

Many things went wrong. The company sent me a message two hours before pickup time saying they had tried contacting me and they had to proceed without me. A guy at my hotel called they up and fixed it for me, but the driver barely spoke English and did not know his way around the city. That was the only bad tour I went on while in the UAE. Miracle Garden is very nice indeed, but overly crowded and we got stuck in a huge traffic jam on our way to the Global Village. I do not recommend this company at all.

Because you wanted to go back earlier before finishing the tour where we have requested you to for 10 mins as the other guest were inside and they were walking out, but you got angry on our staff to drop you back home and leave the other guests, well sir all our guests are respectful for us we cannot leave anyone behind they are all our responsibility and you have written this bad review just in that grudge.
This is not good sir we shall respect all despite the race or nationality.

I planned my trip 3 months in advance for my family of six to visit the miracle garden and the global village and was mislead because when the driver picked us up we were told that the miracle garden is closed off in the summer because of the heat but we were not informed during the bookings and also I paid for that tour. He ended up taking us to the butterfly garden which didn’t last 45 minutes. I was very disappointed.

Extremely remarkable. Nothing I've ever seen before. Certainly worth the visit. The only out-of-place thing was the dress or fabric shop. I don't know the reason for bringing a clothing store to such a place but overall, it was heavenly and deserves its name- The Miracle Garden.
