Excellent Tour. Our tour guide Toseff was awesome! Hre was very knowledgeable and detailed regarding the history of Dubai as well the future of Dubai. He was very informative about the tour and offered suggestions about what to do for the remainder of our stay! Toseff was very professional and courteous!

Terrible communication and important info provided at 3:50 am the night before the tour ...

First, terrible communication from the tour operator. I sent a message about 4 days before the tour to confirm the details (note that the tour start time is not mentioned anywhere in the description), to which I never received a reply. The day before the tour, I sent a follow up message, to which I did get a quick reply and we agreed on 11am as the pick up time. At 3:50 am the night before the tour (obviously when we were still sleeping), the tour operator sent another message saying that the Global Village only opens at 4PM and our pick-up time will be 3PM (even though we were supposed to go to Miracle Garden first, which itself needs about 1.5-2 hours). This was important information provided way too late, so we ended up cancelling the tour and went on our own.

Dear Sir, We sincerely apologise for the inconvenience and confusion caused, and we truly regret your experience. At the time of booking, the first available tour slot starts from 1:00 PM, which is selectable during the reservation process. As discussed in your email conversation with our sales team, you were informed that this is a private tour, and therefore, the pickup time could be adjusted according to your convenience. You requested an 11:00 AM pickup, which was agreed upon by the sales team. However, when the booking was forwarded to our operations team to assign the driver, they reviewed the itinerary and noticed that an 11:00 AM pickup would not be suitable. With that timing, you would reach Miracle Garden around 12:00 PM, and the visit would finish approximately by 2:00 PM. Since Global Village opens only at 4:00 PM, this would result in a long waiting period and unnecessary inconvenience for you. To avoid wasting your time, our operations team contacted you immediately (approximately 12 hours before the tour) to explain the situation and recommended adjusting the pickup time to 3:00 PM, which would better align with the opening hours of Global Village. During this conversation, you informed us that you had a dinner commitment at 6:00 PM, and therefore proceeding with the revised schedule would not be suitable for you. You then requested to cancel the tour and receive a full refund. We accepted your request immediately and issued a 100% refund, even though the cancellation was made at the last moment and the vehicle had already been reserved for you. We absorbed the full cost in order to assist you and show goodwill. Once again, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused. We truly tried our best to accommodate your schedule and ensure a smooth experience, but we respect your decision to cancel. We kindly request you to accept our apology and reconsider your review, as a full refund was provided despite the last-minute cancellation. Thank you for your understanding.
