Not a tour as advertised

Chris_F, Jun 2023

This was not a tour of the Gold Souk. We were picked up and dropped off. Our tour guide was very nice but there was no actual “tour”. After being dropped off we basically walked around until we were ready to be picked up. The activity say’s general admission but there was no admission to anything. I enjoyed the experience but this was definitely not worth $75 per person

Hello Chris We are extremely happy to learn about your experience as that helps us make any necessary changes, if there are any constructive feedback received. Our apologies if the tour did not match your expectations. Just to add to the service we offered. It is a half day transfer tour to Gold Souk Dubai, where our driver to well aware of the area and surrounding and equipped to answer any queries or details that you may be curious to learn about. The venue is more like a shopping mall and and there is not much of a service which can be offered by us. The price is surely more than a casual cab transfer, however there is a luxury vehicle and a professional driver at your disposal for half a day and this surely can’t be standardised with a regular cab service. Yet we thank you for the feedback and shall ensure to review our offering and alter any words, which could be confusing for our guests. You have a lovely day.

Not a tour

This isn’t a tour as the name implies. It’s a transportation service for pick up/drop off and return only. We were expecting a tour since it was sold as one. For the price you’re better off catching a cab. Service was quick and driver was responsive and patient nonetheless. Just know what you’re paying for.
