Dishonest no show tour operator

Tour operator did not show up at our hotel to pick us up. Once we contacted the operator on the phone, they advised they had stopped at our hotel but we were not there. That was a false statement and even the hotel staff confirmed the operator had not been there (the hotel knows how to manage operators upon arrival to ensure guests connect with their tour operator). Eventually, the tour operator offered to reschedule us for another day. Our schedule was already full so we requested a refund. The most annoying aspect was the tour operator’s attempt to blame us for their shortcoming. Given the tour operator’s dishonesty, I would not recommend that they be used by others that read this.

Shani unser Fahrer von uns 5 Personen hat uns einen atemberaubendes serviert. Die Dünensafari war der Hammer. Ich habe mich wirklich sicher gefühlt und das hoch und herunter war der Wahnsinn. Vorher durfte Ich noch 30min mit dem Quad herum jagen was total super war. Später ging es dann ins Camp wo es es eine tolle Show gab und lecker Essen. Ist wirklich bemerkenswert wie das alles logistisch organisiert wird👍 Meine Hochachtung und vielen Dank.
