The tour was good a bit hurried. What I didn't like when both recorded announcement and guide on microphone speak together. On reminding them guide says remove headphone and listen to me. If the recorded announcement is so useless then why play it

The guide was rude and did not explain all that was involved. The “bus” was crowded and uncomfortable. The transport from hotel and back was with old smelly cars with drivers with severe body odor.

The places visited were not of much interest to us who are more keen to spend time with nature. For example, we would have appreciated more time at the beaches rather than spending 90 minutes in a Mall or seeing a mosque only from outside.

The tour locations were good. Tour guide was knowledgeable. Pick up from the hotel was changed once, driver was late, although he taxed multiple times. The last fifteen minutes, messages from the driver. I was waiting him in front of hotel door. Hen arrived 18 minutes late. As he pulled in the hotel parking, he taxed me "I am here, have been waiting for you. He stepped out of the van, came up the steps looked at me and asked are you Balady, I said yes. he said we are late hurry up in the car! There was no good morning! There was no welcoming! and frankly it was OK as he smelled very bad and looked that he just got out of bed. Maybe you should advice your drivers and employees to shower and smell good before reporting to work. Also, be on time, welcome your customers, and do not drive like crazy. Once at the tour buses parking location. He asked everyone name, and pointed is to one of the parked busses. He pointed me to the wrong bus. Before the bus I was on departed, the tour guy counted the passengers and found three extra passengers on the bus. After checking the names, I and anther three tourists were on the wrong bus. We were send to the correct bus. Would you say that was not as good start of fun tour? Finally, the question on this survey :" "Would you recommend this experience to a friend? should have three choices, yes, no and maybe. Unless you design the survey to get more yeses than no And what if I do not want to give feed back, then you you cant finish the survey. What kind of survey is this?

I think there were too many stops for people to get off the bus with too many delays caused by loading and unloading the bus at each stop. I'd rather see fewer stops with more commentary on the bus.

This tour was just what I had hoped it would be - a good covering of all the sights I wanted to see with a good recorded audio commentary plus excellent additions by the guide on the bus. Doing the full-day was an added bonus as we got to see a few more sights after most of the group had left at lunch time. The one challenge was finding a place to eat in the Deira souk at what should have been lunchtime.

It was one of the very best ever trips around the cities of the World, that I have taken my part in. There is not even one minute wasted here, and the trip takes the whole long day. Our tour guide, Mr Kumar was a top class professional. He is extremely kind person, and very fine tour-guide, whose knowledge has got no borders! Mr Kumar has so much to say about the town, that the time of the tour is the only restriction. It was a great pleasure to listen to him while travelling around Dubai. During the whole day trip we have visited all of the most amazing parts of the city. This trip is highly recommended and if you have a chance to get Mr Kumar to be your tour-guide on that trip you are so very lucky indeed!!! Thank you very, very much for simply fantastic day in Dubai !!!!

Die ging hektisch ab. Wir sind entweder vorbeigefahren oder nur kurz angehalten bei den Sehenswürdigkeiten. Die Zeiten am plan und die Zeit die uns dort gegeben wird stimmt nicht überein. In der Dubai Mall steht z.B.: 2 h aber es wurde uns nur 1 h Zeit gegeben. Wir haben uns mit den Kindern soo beeilt mit dem Essen und sind regelrecht gerannt zum Treffpunkt aber dann mussten wir 40 Minuten warten auf den Fahrer. Die Bootsfahrt mit den Abra‘s war auch eine verar…. Kaum haben wir uns hingesetzt im Boot mussten wir auch wieder aussteigen. War einfach nur uberqueren des Kanals. Also war die Tour nicht dem Geld wert. Empfehle ich nicht

Die Reise und und Preisleistungsverhältnis sind top Der Guide war top Er sollte aber die WhatsApp Kontakte der Teilnehmer haben. Wir waren mittags 5 Minuten zu spät für die Weiterfahrt Der Bus kam aber erst weitere 15 Minuten später Da macht man sich schon große Sorgen. Ein 2. Problem war der Besuch eines Teashop im creek Hier wurden wir bei unzureichender Kontrolle unserseits finanziell abgezockt mit über 1000€ Wir haben es der Polizei gemeldet Klarcder Guide musste sein Tour fortführen Dennoch die Tour ist vom Konzept und Preislestungsverhāltnis gut

I momenti più memorabili sono iniziati già al prelievo,mi avevano detto appuntamento alle 9.00 invece sono venuti alle Otto ero già pronto ma non ho potuto prendere neanche il caffè perché allora sarebbe andato via.poi è incominciato il tour più di due ore facendo avànti e indietro x la strada di jumerad senza neanche poter fare una foto alla vela di poi portarci in un venditore di tappeti...........e poi .......basta inutile raccontarvi il seguito ho fatto tour con agenzie locali con prezzi inferiori e molto belli ed esausti
