Yes in Case of Emergency or Any Sickness we always Help the Guest as i try to help you also as you know on your first call 3 hour before the service start we was agree to refund 50 Percent Amount which you agree than at the same time you ask me to reconfirm and send the vehicle and we confirm and send the vehicle to your hotel and vehicle was there to pick you but at last moment again you cancel . so please we can not cancel and refund the amount as we booked and confirm all the services and all the way vehicle went to your hotel atlantis the palm to pick you. as you reconfirm and agree to do the tour .

Our tour guide was Azeem, he was polite and friendly. We were picked up and dropped off on time from our hotel. We totally enjoyed the experience and loved the drive in the dunes. It was so much fun.
