Your driver will meet you at your hotel lobby / reception lounge . We recommend to set the pick up time at least 3.5 hours prior to the plane departure (default pick up time). All (Odyssey DMC) Representatives will be wearing blue trousers and a white shirt/jacket with an (Odyssey DMC) Logo.

Price is per person, based on 7 adults per car/vehicle.

- Children up to 4.99 years of age must be provided with a child safety seat. So please select the infant seat if there is a child from 0 – 4.99 yrs in your booking. No discount for children 5 years and above,children will be charged the same price as adults

- At the time of booking, please select the appropriate Hotel zone in which you are staying.
- Each traveler is allowed a maximum of 1 suitcase and 1 carry-on bag. Oversized or excessive luggage (e.g. surfboards, golf clubs or bikes) may have certain restrictions, please inquire with the operator prior to travel to confirm if your excess luggage is acceptable

Very smooth transfer. Driver arrived on time. He was even patient as we forgot our iPad in the hotel. Helpful with getting our bags off the car and directing us on where to go in the airport. Even had a car seat for my little one. Very nice. Orient tours has really been great to us this entire trip so I totally recommend.

The driver showed up 30 minutes early. He was mad at us for not being already downstairs. We checked or as fast as we could after he called us. He drove like a maniac because he had lost his temper because he had to wait. I had a printed paper and an email confirming the correct time, so he certainly was early. No need for this attitude.

Beware if your plane departs just after midnight because they will try to pick you up a day ahead of time. ExampleIf you plane actually takes off at 12:30 AM on Monday 5 October, tell them your travel date is on Sunday 4 October at 11:59 PM that way they will pick you up three hours ahead of that time at 9:59 PM on 4 October. This will avoid confusion to prevent them from picking you up after midnight on the 5th in which you will miss your flight. Most flights out of Dubai take off after midnight going back to the states.
