I can’t express how happy I was with the service. The company notified me in advance of my driver details. Also, he reached out to me before as well as sent a screenshot of the driver so that I know exactly who is picking me up and for safety reasons it was unbelievably great.. I was a little bit concerned about entering a foreign country and not being sure of the drivers, but I felt completely at ease and he took us to our hotel in a very efficient and reliable way.

Horrible service.
Driver showed up late at airport and the “meet and assist” did not even exist.
Getting to him was hard as he did not give clear instructions on where to go or where to meet him.
The premium vehicle was just a standard Toyota, had to ask 4 times to close the window due to the heat at 9PM

They were informed of our pick up time at the time of booking. After getting paid and us being at our destination, I had to reach out to confirm the pick up, and that’s when they pushed it 45 minutes out. After waiting 50 minutes, on that day I called. I was told to take a taxi. It seems they couldn’t find the driver.

We expected a private car to take us from the Dubai Airport to the hotel. We were service by group van, although there was only us in the van.

I paid for a return transfer, I arrived in Dubai as single female and waited 2 hours to be picked up and nobody arrived, couldn’t contact anyone for help. Couldn’t speak the language and nobody could understand me, had to pay for a taxi to my hotel and my return to the airport . Have attempted to contact Viator for a refund and explanation and had no response. I believe Viator to be a fraudulent company!!!!

I booked this as I was arriving in Dubai at 1am as a solo older female traveller. At 2am I had to wait 15 minutes for my driver to arrive after I found my name on a sign board. Then I had a better idea of where we were going than my driver. What should have been a 15 minute trip (google maps) was 30 minutes of dodgy back streets and several u-turns. For over 3 times the price of a taxi it wasn't worth it.

Called number at pick up time. Was told that driver was at hotel. A blatant lie. Concierge called and was told driver was less than 1 mile away. Another lie. 25 minutes went by. Concierge spoke with driver again. Still 1 mile away. We took a Dubai cab and sat in traffic for 2 hours. For all we know, the viator driver is still 1 mile away. Angry and disappointed. I understand traffic congestion but not the lies.

We were collected in a KIA, which wasn’t in the least bit premium. However, both the host that met us at the airport and the driver were great. And the price isn’t too bad compared to queuing for a local taxi in the heat.

This car service is phenomenal. My original flight got cancelled and they switched our reservation to be picked up the next day. The driver was there waiting for us with a sign with name on it. We were delayed upon arrival and in customs but we made contact with the driver effortlessly. The vehicle was extremely clean, he and his assistant were extremely curtious.
They drove us to Dubai Airport with care as the Dubai traffic can be rather chaotic and off loaded our lugged.
I would have no hesitation in recommending this company and their service
