Nice trip on the monorail

We liked the trip from Dubai Mall, got on the monorail and headed towards Atlantis. Grayline provided headphones for use. Also one is able to select any selected language to understand the tour.

Julian was great tour guide but the whole event started badly when the company forgot to pick us up. After an hour wait, and calling both driver and company, we got picked up but no apology from driver. Very rude!! Then we were left on bus waiting, with no explanation tthat we missed first part of tour due to being late...

We were picked up at the hotel on time and taken on a great tour of Modern Dubai, the guide was very knowledgeable, we saw so much , Atlantis Hotel The Palm,Dubai Marina, Burj Kalifa,Ski Dubai to name but a few. We would not have been able to take in all the sights in such a short timescale, and as always dropped off safely at the hotel, no hassle.
