We would like to inform you that you booked the tour with hotel address mentioned as Sofitel Downtown and our driver reached on time to pick you up but then we were informed that you are not in Sofitel Downtown and instead you are in Sofitel JBR which is far from the mentioned hotel. It was a sharing basis transfers and other guests couldn't wait. We guess that your agent put the wrong details about the pick up. However we issued you the ticket and hope you had enjoyed the tour. I had very horrible experience with Dubai Miracle Garden. I purchased simple trip to go to garden with pick up in hotel. Someone send me text to What’s up, that I have to pay $50 extra to pick me up because it’s private. I didn’t purchase private trip. I said ok, let’s be private and i paid $50. On the day of the trip on December 7, pick up should be at 9:30 am, nobody contacted me. I text them, they said car was broken and they send me a new car. They didn’t introduce themselves, after i started received so many text from a driver from someone , they gave my phone number without my permission. Finally a got a car a free ticket for show , which I didn’t not enjoy it at all.

Dear Irena, We would like to address few points regarding your review: As your hotel was outside of the vicinity of central Dubai, we offered you for private transfers with extra charges. On the day of the trip, our vehicle got into an accident which we updated you about right away and we have whatsapp conversations for the record too. You were informed that we are sending new vehicle and we also gave you free ticket for the delay on good faith. Gave your number without permission? The driver has to pick the guest up and update about his location so guest are kept updated. We don't understand what to make of that. Still after doing everything we can to make it a good tour for you, you had urge to give us one star review which doesn't make sense. Good day

The Miracle Garden itself was a breathtakingly beautiful experience. And we will definitely visit again, however we will be doing so with another Tour Operator/Company. We were extremely disappointed with the service that was rendered. The excursion was supposed to start at 9 AM, we weren't picked up until 11 AM. This caused us to have to alter other plans we had for the day. Not only were they late, but the driver also had the audacity to tell us (once dropped off at the garden) to be back at the meeting point by 2 PM and do not be late. Excuse Me!!! On top of being late, the vehicle was dirty, it had a bad odor, and we kept getting whiplash from his awful driving and bad brakes. He spoke primarily in his native language to the other passengers, barely speaking to his English-speaking passengers. Again, we'll definitely visit again, but will never use this company for an excursion again.

First of all the details are provided in the booking page that time of pick up given is tentative and confirmed pick up time will be given one day prior to the tour. Secondly, we offered you that we will check for different vehicle to pick you up but you said its no problem. Furthermore, this was a sharing Transfer so you cannot dictate about the pick up time as there are other guests which need to be picked up also and it's on the basis of location of hotel. There was option of private transfers which you didn't wanted because of extra charges, and about the finishing time of the tour, the driver has to update about the time to guests else if they are delayed, other guests feel unhappy. In sharing basis, you have to consider about other guests also. We can understand that you are upset because of pick up time but we are sorry that we don't agree with your statement of bad odor or dirty vehicle. Our vehicles are washed everyday and sanitised. We are happy you enjoyed the garden. Good day
