Guaranteed pick up offered from all hotels in Dubai, Dubai cruise Terminal, All Metro stations and Dubai Marina mall. If number of guests is one person no pickup is possible from Jebel Ali, Dubai Investment Park, Sports city, Discovery Garden, Arabian Ranches, Silicon Oasis, Greens, J.village, Sport city and Jumeirah Lake towers. However this condition is not applicable, if the number of guest are two or more as we do offer pickup from all places in the Emirates of Dubai except Hatta. Pick up is not included from World Central hotel Maktoum airport or surrounding hotels. If you are a single guest, pick up will be from centrally located hotels only. If you wish to get picked up from your hotel there will be a supplement of US$ 20 per person onwards depending on the hotel location.

Your desert experience begins with pickup from your Dubai hotel, where you greet your guide and board an air-conditioned, SUV destined for the Arabian Desert.
On entering the desert, your guide deflates your tires and takes you on a rollercoaster ride as you crash through the dunes in your off-road vehicle. Then, visit an oasis and travel through a camel farm before stopping to watch a stunning sunset. Continue to a desert safari camp designed to represent a traditional Bedouin village for a camel ride, used as a means of desert transport by Arabs for centuries.
If you’re a thrill-seeker, try your hand at sandboarding down desert dunes or opt to ride a quad bike (select the option at checkout). Recline on soft Arabian carpets with a shisha pipe as professional artists adorn your hands and feet with henna and, once decorated, pose for photographs wearing traditional Arabian dress—please note, if you wish to purchase photographs, this is at your own expense.
Then, prepare yourself for the visual beauty of a belly dancing show, where professional dances swish and sway during a tanoura dance performance and fire show. Following the show is the feast, which includes shawarma, salads, mezze, Middle Eastern sweets, and more. Soft drinks and water are unlimited, but alcoholic beverages are at your own expense.

- There will be a restriction on live entertainment Belly dance , Fire show, Tanoura dance) and serving alcohol throughout the UAE during the below Islamic holidays. Therefore the Safari will be operated without these entertainments and serving of alcohol at the camp site during these days. The same is applicable during Ramadan fasting month, Ascension day Arafat (Haj) Day Al Hijri Islamic New Year Milad Un Nabi the Birthday of Prophet Mohammad. The dates are based on lunar calender and cannot be pre-advised.
- Subject to favorable weather conditions - full refund is offered if cancelled less than 12 hrs prior
- Dubai Desert temperature may fall down around 09 degree + between December to April. Hence request all the guest to keep light woollen clothes and windbreakers.
- You are booked on sharing basis hence all the co participants must cooperate with each other during the safari program. Priority must be given for senior citizens for the front seats. Parents with children who are less than 12 years are only allowed to sit in rear seat as per the UAE Law. Driver will be the master of the roaster in allocating the seats. Alternatively the co-passengers must sort out among themselves by shifting equal time on the preferred seats. No prior request for the seats will be entertained since everyone pay the same. Anyone who does not agree to the seating allocation may request for an exclusive jeep by paying the supplementary charges directly.

Rasheed Ali was the best! He did an excellent job explaining everything that we had the option to do. The safari was VERY fun lol! That was the one when enjoyed the most. We also enjoyed the camel ride, ATV riding, and sand boarding. Rasheed also has great customer service as well. Would highly recommend booking with!

Pick up time between 13.30 and 15.00 only advised at 12.15 which made it difficult to organise something earlier in the day and remain connected to receive the message of the pick up time.
When advised the time we were threatened the driver will only wait 3 minutes for us for the pick up and then depart. When the driver was 15 minutes late I was getting worried that I had missed the driver despite being at pick up point 15 minutes early.
Driver was distracted when driving regularly looking at his phone, drifting out lane, almost running into the back of the car in front only stopping less than 30 cms short after I called out a warning because his eyes were not on the road.
Viator had many options for the same basic trip which were poorly laid out in Viator and I didn’t choose the option I thought I had which meant I had less time on one aspect and too much time on another aspect which should have been the other way around.
Movement after the dune activities completed to site of dinner was clunky (as movement back after dinner completed).
The tour included unlimited water and soda. It was over two hours after pick up before we were offered our first water.
When we were transferred to the dining site we were directed to our area but we were told the bar “wasn’t” open. We queried that when the people who had paid for VIP treatment had been served drinks before we had arrived. We had to wait 30 minutes for the bar to open.
When I approached the bar the only option was Coca cola which the person before me advised was luke warm. The barman then added ice cubes to the glass container holding the Coca Cola to cool it down. There was no other option available.
Our driver sensed my frustration at this situation and intervened and sourced a cold bottle of Sprite.
The VIP people were served their meal first (deservedly so as they had paid extra) but about 90 minutes after they were first served and we nearly two hours after we had arrived we was then able to access our food. The interesting thing is that our food was served from an entirely different area so why did we have to wait so long?
The food had no labels so difficult to know exactly what some of it was, no allergen information. The meat was chicken drumsticks and chicken on skewers so limited options. I broke my plastic fork on the skewer the meat was that tough. Less than an hour after being offered our food we were bundled up to return to Dubai.
Some of our group participated in Seesha smoking on our table. I acknowledge people have the right to smoke but when they continued to so when people were eating their food was not appreciated.
Overall concept of tour good but do not recommend this operator do this with another operator.

Everything was great except couple of things: 1) when the last show was over, we were all hurried to leave the campsite. Dessert was brought about 5 min before the show was over. We didn’t have time to eat the dessert and use the restrooms before we left the place. 2) Another thing that bothered me was the folks working there pressurized me to leave a 5 star review. He just stood by my side until I completed the review.

Our driver Rasheed was absolutely brilliant, very friendly and a great driver 😜 Our 3 boys loved the camel ride, sand boarding and most of all the quad bikes! We had an Amazing time, it’s very good value for money and would highly recommend.

It was a beautiful and fun-filled experience! It was new to us and was worth trying. The activities and shows were good. The food was amazing! We loved every bit of it! Sajid Ali was the guy with us and he made the experience even more fun! He was very kind, patient, and understanding.

Everything was so great! Great communication, pick up on time, lots of activities. Everybody were so kind and accommodating. We did everything - camel ride, dune safari, 4 wheeler, sandboarding (ok, that one was for pictures only). The guys took such nice pictures for us. Special thanks to Fikri and Sajat, they went above and beyond to make sure we are having good time. We didn't upgrade for premium sitting, the pillows were very comfy. Food was delicious and show was amazing. Such a great experience! I love ABC tours and highly recommend them

We were picked up on time, the driver was very friendly. The safari was awesome, we loved the camel ride, the dinner and dinner show. My wife loved the sand surfing.
This was an epic adventure! Our driver Asif was amazing!!! The service overall was very good and, the food and shows were incredible.
The food was so bad. At the next day all my family and got sick. The camels were in terrible conditions.

What a great overall experience. And I cannot recommend this enough . I went with my brother and we had an amazing time doing all the activities which included 4x4 duning; Send boarding; Three musical acts and dinner. Everyone was very knowledgeable and friendly. I don't speak arabic.Let everyone's spoke fluent english. I even managed to pick up some souvenirs.
We had a great time during the Desert Safari. Our driver Rasheed gave un a very exciting ride and took us some cool pictures.
The shows and ridding a camel was also pretty fun.
The car that collected us was very cramped for an hour journey. We upgraded our food package at extra cost but the food was only warm. There were cockroaches on the floor by the restaurant and it didn’t seem very clean. The entertainment was very poor and distasteful, we expected traditional belly dancing not a lady with a shisha pipe with fairy lights on her head.
This was an expensive trip and was not worth the money.
From the pickup and drop-off at our location by Naeem, to the transport to the campsite and dune bashing by Ali. This was one of the highlights of our first trip to UAE. The staff were very communicative via the app, email and WhatsApp, no question went unanswered. A definite recommend by myself and family.
It is summer here and very hot. Driver was excellent. We had to just sit around for a couple of hours waiting. Camel ride hard to get on if short as t they don't have a step. Show was 1 man who just kept spinning around, then with lights. 1 bellie dancer was just ok nothing special, I have seen better. Then a guy with fire, if you haven't seen one before was ok. Meal was nothing great.

Regarding the waiting time, kindly understand that you booked the lowest package which does not include bike program. The most captivating and exhilarating activity that takes up most of the time is the quad bike program. However, Our biking crew was gracious enough to offer you the bikes for a brief amount of time, even though your package does not include the bike program. We have fully provided you with everything that is part of your plan. Everything from the transportation to and from your hotel, to the 4x4 WD high dune safari, the camel ride and sandboarding that can be repeated free of charge, the BBQ meal, soft beverages, live entertainment, henna, shesha, is included at such affordable prices.
Your concern regarding your difficulty in getting onto the camels is not valid as firstly we have a wooden step to assist you get on the camel and a guide to help you as well. Secondly, you were not asked to get on the camel when it is standing, the camel completely sits down for our guest each time to help comfortably get on them. After making all necessary arrangements to the best of our ability, if you still find it difficult then maybe you need to avoid such adventures considering your age as it is certainly not right to blame the tour operator for such things.
Every other day, we host one of the greatest live entertainment acts at our campsite, which is highly appreciated. We are quite confident in the high-quality services and standards we offer, and while there are some travellers, like you, who are never pleased, we don't want to waste more time trying to defend our position as it is futile.

We had a great experience with ABC tours. It was well arrange and they even accommodated our pick up time due to our late arrival in Sharjah. The food was okay , dune bashing was fun but most memorable for the tour was the performance shows for that night. The tanoura dance , fire show and belly dance

We had an incredible experience dune bashing in Dubai, thanks to our fantastic driver, mr Asif. From start to finish, he made our adventure unforgettable.
Mr Asif was not only skilled at navigating the challenging desert terrain, but his professionalism and friendliness added so much to the trip. He ensured our safety while providing an exhilarating ride, taking us up and down the dunes with expert precision.
The vehicle was clean and comfortable, and mr Asif even shared interesting facts about the dessert and local culture, making the experience educational as well as fun.

Abctours arranged our tours. Right from pickup from our hotel in downtown, the entire desert safari program was arranged so professionally; it was a wonderful experience. The idea is to have ENJOY / FUN in a pleasant environment, with professionalism. As far as I am concerned, it was a total disaster and a scam. The SAFARI BBQ dinner was a SCAM. Although I paid you, when we got there, they had asked us for $17.00 additional for each person in our group. So we paid a total $17 x 3 = $51.00) This is to cover the food cost. Which we thought was already included in our prices which we paid you. The camel ride was a joke - Did not even last for 2 minutes.
The person jeep tire had a white mark. He himself was worried, that it may get further damaged. The entire time we were in the jeep, we were worried.
I am not asking for full refund. But atleast some kind of compensation.

You refund request has been rejected simply because yours is a manipulated claim saying that the tyre had a white mark. This is a completely absurd remark from your end. Are the cars running on carpets sir? These are the cars running on roads and used for the dune bashing. The mark might be the residue of cement, sand or any particle for that matter.
We are the ones who were the victims of this scam, not you. We believe that requesting a refund after receiving excellent service and taking part in all the events is legit a SCAM, and this act of yours is disgraceful, creating a scam just for few dollars.
We don’t wish to explain anything here as we are well confident about the services we offer and the fact that you enjoyed every bit of our program is evident in the feedback form which was filled by you as well and we also have other proofs regarding the same.
But we would like to clarify about the dinner and camel ride. Your package does have BBQ dinner included. Now, the lounge is currently an extra amenity we provide to those who want to experience luxury. We provide comprehensive services, enhanced meals, garden table-chair seating, and a balcony views at the lounge, private fans to beat the heat, all for hardly a price of a coffee in Dubai. Just to remind you that our reviews clearly demonstrate how much our customers value this exceptional service, and every other day we are completely booked. Only due to popular demand from our visitors is this extra service provided; it is, above all, entirely voluntary. We never put someone under duress. Did we force you? You approached the customer service agent on your own volition. And the camel ride has been included as part of the desert Safari experience, it a short round for a photo experience. It was time and again instructed if you really wish to again you may do so as there no extra charge for it.
Dear Readers, we would like to draw your attention to the fact that this guest has made reservations for the DESERT SAFARI PROGRAM and the ABUDHABI TOUR, two of our best-selling programs. The guest was really happy with the services we provided, therefore we were shocked to know that a refund request has been made for both programs. This kind of act upsets us as we always go above and beyond to ensure best guest experience. This sometimes makes us wonder about the genuinity of such guests.
On the other hand, if any service which was promised was not offered or if there was any fault from our side, we will be the first ones to approach the concerned guest and process the refund, but in this case EVERYTHING WAS OFFERED IN FULL, LEAVING NO STONES UNTURNED.
Perhaps you thought, Mr. Mohammad, if you write us a negative review we would pay you the refund in exchange for removal of your negative review. But you’re completely mistaken, maybe other businesses operate in this manner, but ABC TOURS being one of the oldest tour operators in Dubai and ISO 9001 certified we have our own standards, and we uphold our own values and are incredibly honest and self-assured in the services we provide.

The whole experience felt rushed, it says food and beverage included but really you only have drinks the last hour and a half and the option was between 2 flat warm sodas, very small waters, coffee or tea… and the food available in general was terrible, specially the vegetarian food… I hired a Sheesha, it was dirty (found a fly floating in the water) and low tabacco quality (tasted like medicine). There was only one sandboard available for a group of 70 people. The only positive outcome was the staff, they were very friendly but you can tell the quality is quite poor.

You have tried all ways to damage the reputation of our company and writing baseless and untrue accusation which cannot be accepted. We would like our readers to understand that this star rating as well as the facts stated here are false and the same are proved here.
• To begin with, you reserved the lowest priced package with us, which does not include the quad bike. Although riding a quad bike takes up a lot of time, you weren't entitled to do it. Most of our guests have quad bike included in their package; those who did not, however, reserved it right away because riding a quad bike in the open desert on your own is an unforgettable experience.
We carefully create a schedule for each guest, so they don't miss out on any activity, and we allow plenty time for them to finish everything.
This raises the question of what you were doing without participating in the activities, given that the guest who participated in the 60-minute quad bikes themselves had plenty of time to complete them all at leisure.
• Regarding the soft beverages, in the program description, it is clearly mentioned “unlimited soft drinks after sunset”. You arrived at the campsite only post sunset, do you expect us to serve you with soft drinks right from the time you were picked up from the hotel?
• Did anyone stop you from taking soft drinks, water? It was provided in abundance, all you had to do was just to proceed to different counters and serve yourself.
We have not deprived you of any service that was included in the package and not offered to you. But if you are expecting the other facilities like premium lounge services, free Alcohol or other facilities also to be included as part of your package, sorry that’s not possible or feasible for us as it has a lot of cost involved in it.
The premium lounge service we offer is an additional facility we offer because of high demand from our guests who want luxury and get everything sorted at ease. This includes Garden table chair seating, full service on the table with hostess, upgraded meal, canned beverages and balcony view of the shows. All these exclusive facilities at hardly the price of a coffee in Dubai.
Above all, the decision to choose it or not is up to each individual.
You have selected the cheapest plan, which comes with pick-up and drop-off at your hotel, a five-course BBQ supper, soft drinks, a high-dune safari, a camel ride, sandboarding, sheesha, and henna painting.
You received all the aforementioned in full, and you received full justice for the price you paid.
However, anticipating additional amenities for the amount you paid for is not within our means and comes at a significant cost.
To be kind, Mr. Elyce, please understand that everything has a cost and a value of its own.
• Although the Arabic cuisine is more towards the non-vegetarian side, we equally value the preferences of all our guests which is why we provide 7 different salads and more vegetarian dishes specifically for the vegans which is highly appreciated as most camps don’t provide such varieties.
• Being one of the first tour companies in Dubai, we always aim to provide first-class hospitality and service while upholding the highest standards of quality and hygiene.
It is customary to inhale the flavor while doing a sheesha, possibly that small bits of the flavor may have slipped down. You could not have possibly discovered an insect because every part of our sheesha is well sanitized and cleaned.
If what you've stated is true, how come you couldn’t raise this concern to any of our volunteers or at least you could’ve informed this to the guide who kept coming by your table to change the charcoal. We would have immediately made arrangements. Since there was nothing to be upset about and your only goal was to ruin our reputation, you remained silent.
However, we equally welcome positive and negative feedback, as the positives encourage us to do better and the negatives are considered as constructive criticisms and motivate us to work better. Thank you again for your participation.
Great tour with Karim & Rachid as pur drivers - nice to be away in the dessert and enjoyed the dune bashing and surfing the most. Our two sons loved this too. Dinner was served at the table - efficient timekeeping also
