Just DON’T DO THE CAMEL EXPERIENCE!! I have to be honest: the camel experience is deeply saddening. These animals appear clearly exploited. It is unbelievable how many times they are forced to kneel down and get back up in a single session; they look exhausted. There should be a platform with steps to mount them to protect their joints, and a strict rotation system to allow them to rest. Furthermore, seeing dead camels abandoned in the desert was truly heartbreaking and disappointing. These services are provided by third parties, not the main tour guide, but indirectly, we all became part of this mistreatment by participating. If I had known the reality of their condition, I would have only paid for the car tour, which I actually enjoyed without feeling guilty. I hope this review helps others understand that this is not a "happy interaction" with healthy, well-cared-for animals. It is my hope that the tour operators eventually make a difference and change their practices to respect these animals. They are the ones putting food on the table; without them, there would be no business. I highly recommend the other desert activities—being in the desert feels amazing—but please, skip the camel ride.

Thank you for your valuable feedback...Camps are trying to ménage camel ride activity as we have forwarded you bad experience about the camel ride along with your suggestion of increase number of camels..Tourists comes here in Dubai in december & Jan in larger number so camps become over crowded but in normal days this problem doesn't come..In busy days they should also increase the camels to ride the tourists....Thank you so much again for your time..in future you will enjoy more when you come,,,

Absolutely fabulous sand dune bashing and good food and show would recommend paying a little extra for vip seating it’s totally worth it camel ride was not great as you only have about a two minute ride and area they first take you to to sell extras was not pleasant
