    • Soar to heights of up to 300 meters, equivalent to the height of a towering 100-storey building.
    • Every flight’s duration is 10 minutes.
    • Children under three years old can join for free; however, proof of age is required. Children aged 3-12 years are accepted at a lower rate, and children 12 years or older pay the full adult fare.
    • Food, beverages, and alcohol are prohibited onboard the flight.
    • Also, all passengers will need to sign the declaration that he/she doesn’t have the above problems (Mandatory)
    • There will be no refund for unused or partially used services.
    • Proof of age is required for children and infants during ticket redemption.
    • The service provider holds no responsibility if any component of an attraction is non-operational due to technical reasons.
    • The Dubai Balloon at Atlantis official operational timings are 5:30 AM to 11:00 AM and 6:00 PM to 0:00 AM Midnight till October.
    • Anyone under the influence of Alcohol or any other drugs is strictly not allowed to fly.
    • Pregnant ladies over 3 months, any person who has Heart problems / serious knee & back pain, has undergone major surgery during the last 6 months, and suffering from height phobia is not recommended for this activity.
    • This tour/activity will have a maximum of 15 travelers

    Avoidable scam

    This activity is a scam. With even little wind they will stop the ride. There are no fixed time slots. Anytime between 6 am to 11 am. Or evening 5 pm to 12 midnight . First come first served. They charge extra for a fast pass and may give priority boarding. It is totally unpredictable . Book directly at the counter or Dubai balloon website since my ticket via viator was invalid . Dont take the transfer option because the cab cant wait if the ride is delayed. All in all better to avoid this activity completely.

The Atlantis Balloon Ride is weather-dependent, and for safety reasons, operations may be paused or rescheduled even in mild wind conditions. This is a standard aviation safety protocol and applies to all guests, regardless of booking platform. Time slots are provided as estimated operating windows, and rides are conducted on a first-come basis unless a priority option is selected, which is clearly mentioned at the time of booking. All tickets issued through Viator are valid and officially accepted by the operator. In cases of delays due to weather or operational reasons, guests are always offered rescheduling or refund options in line with the activity’s policy.
