Overview
Prepare for an adrenaline-fuelled, full-day adventure in the desert which sees you jolting over sand dunes by ATV, immersing yourself in Bedouin culture, and admiring the views from the hump of a camel. Other activities include henna painting and watching traditional belly dances and fire shows against the backdrop of the rolling desert. Enjoy a delicious BBQ dinner in between.

This was interesting to spend some time doing the basics in the desert with the help of the tour guide. I really liked the dune bashing, that took skill from our driver!

Let’s separate the evaluation for the tour and the guide:
- Tour itinerary and experience: 3-4 stars
- Guide: 5 stars
The tour has a first stop (45 min) for quadricycle rental, which was not good because it was too crowded, with unskilled people running across the desert on all directions. Really scary.
The second stop was for photo shooting in the dunes after some rally experience. That was nice.
Finally, a stop in a camp for Camel ride (too short like 1 min), dinner (ok), falcon photo (extra cost) and typical dance / fire show that was also ok. The one thing that caught me was the over selling (hena tattoos, jewelry, photos, etc.). I’d rather pay more for a more exclusive experience in the camp.
The guide in the other hand was very friendly and willing to provide a good experience.
