Misleading experience

False advertising- was asked to arrive at 5:15 to make my 5:30 dinner reservation. Waited in a line until 6:30 to access observation deck by elevator. After viewing could not find the restaurant. When I asked where it waa I was told downstairs at ground level. This is not as advertised

We are really sorry for the inconvenience you faced, and we understand how frustrating this experience was. Please allow us to clarify: your booking was for Standard Entry tickets with the meal course included. It was not a Fast Track or Skip-the-Line ticket, so waiting times at the elevator and security can happen during peak hours and are fully managed by the venue. Regarding the restaurant, it is located at ground level, and after the observation deck visit, guests are required to go downstairs to access the dining area. We agree the on-site directions should have been clearer, and we are sorry you had to search for it.
