They never showed up waited in the heat for 2 hours just to be told they weren’t coming and to come back the following day. This was a terrible experience and would advise nobody to book with this company. Not only did this happen but it was in a not so pleasant part of town and didn’t feel safe to just be sitting around for a few hours.

N’y allez surtout pas!!! c’est une arnaque!!! En fait il fait de la sous-traitance ..on n’y est arrivé à une adresse qui était pas la bonne, On a dû se débrouiller pour retrouver le stand , et finalement on a pas pu faire notre activité car il n’était pas présent Quand j’ai montré le numéro de téléphone sur place il m’a dit : oui mais c’est pas avec moi ,je vais l’appeler et je vais voir , et si vous voulez faire votre activité il faut payer cash !!! Honteux sachant que j’avais déjà réservé avec Viator . Fuyez fuyez fuyez..

Dear Sir, Hope you doing well, Thank you for your feedback We would like to ask you, what time you booked and what time have you arrived, Unfortunately you were late and did not inform us that you facing difficulties on the map , but somehow our staff managed to provide you Jetski instead of reschedule your booking, beside this, your booking was confirmed with us, you went to another stop who asked for payment and booking details ,which was not our fault. We asked you to bring Original Passport which you didn't show at the spot, We wish to invite you to visit us and enjoy the experience of Jetski, Our Management already give us go a head to provide you complementary pickup and drop off and complementary Jetski ride.
