Not a guide very disappointing

We asked for a guide and we got a driver Who was very good but NOT A GUIDE ! Was late picking us up and lied that he had been there but he went to to the wrong port although he just came he lied and said he had been there for an hour we knew he lied because we were outside the whole time and got a text he was late !!!

As there are several terminals, our guide methodically checked each one to ensure your pick-up. Additionally, while you requested the pick-up to be arranged for 10:00 AM, it was noted that you arrived at 9:15 AM. We genuinely strive to enhance our service and customer satisfaction each day, and we take pride in maintaining a positive track record.
