You will receive another separate confirmation voucher email after booking is made. ONLY that voucher MUST be presented at the ARTE MUSEUM DUBAI Ticket counter and the TRIPADVISOR booking receipt / voucher is not admissible

If you have allergies, please make sure to inform the ticket office and tea bar staff about your allergies, especially to nuts or dairy products.

Individuals with a history of medical conditions, including but not limited to stroke, panic disorders, heart disease, and seizures, are advised to exercise caution during their visit.

Children aged 13 and under may enter with a parent or guardian, the guardian is responsible for keeping the child safe during the visit.

In the event of damage or destruction caused by a child's negligence, or if a child is injured, the parent or guardian is liable.
