Javid was a terrific guide. I had a short transit stop in Doha and this was a great way to get a real introduction to Qatar and Doha. Wonderful traditional dinner at the Souq Waqif and an eye opening tour of the market. So much to see and do by but this was a great starter.

This tour was amazing! Javid was a phenomenonal guide! We did a daytime tour of Doha one day prior to this tour. Javid made sure that our tour was both different and interesting. He took some of the most amazing pictures of my family, ensuring that our memories of Doha will last a lifetime. He has a plethora of information and really wanted us to learn about the history and culture of Qatar. The initial restaurant was closed, yet he found us an authentic restaurant with great food and service. We can't advise this tour enough. You will NOT be disappointed!!

We had a good opportunity to drive around the city and see the highlights, with walking tour and dinner. The guide was friendly and answered our questions knowledgeably but didn’t provide much independent narration, as he was on his phone a lot of the tour. We were provided with a sub par meal, not in a nice restaurant. We were glad to see the market and city but this could have been improved.

We toured Doha on a one-day stopover. Bilal Hussein of Falcon Tours was our driver/guide for the 4-hour nighttime city tour. The weather was hot and humid, and Bilal did everything that he could to minimize our time outside while ensuring that we met our objective of an overview of Doha’s offerings. The tour included a tasty meal at a local favorite diner/restaurant. Bilal’s SUV was comfortable, clean and cool.
Tip: If visiting during Doha’s summer months (including August such as our trip), choose the nighttime tour instead of the daytime tour. While it is still very hot and humid at night, it is more comfortable than daytime.

We enjoyed seeing parts of Doha by night, it is truly an amazing city with many impressive buildings. I really enjoyed the 'lights' of the city and seeing it at night was magical. We opted for the meal thinking that this would provide us with a more authentic experience of the local cuisine however I was a bit disappointed to be taken to one of the 'touristy' restaurants in the Souk Waqif. I could have found it myself.
I was also very unimpressed by our 'guide'. He could more accurately have been described as a 'driver' for while he gave some information about the city it was minimal and very superficial. He also spent most of his time on his phone - driving and walking. On the visit to the Souk Waqif he walked in front of us, talking or texting, did not interact much at all and left abruptly at the end. He obviously wanted to go home. We had this same 'guide' for our morning tour and so I was a bit disappointed in the day. A different guide might have improved this overall.

This was not what we had hoped for. Based on the reviews we were so excited for this tour. I attempted communicating a few times re ensuring we had enough time to make it work, finally got a response right before we flew out for our trip.
The pick up was convenient and easy. The guide was lack luster and quiet, don’t speak much at all and rarely told us anything with out us asking. He was on his phone the ENTIRE time. Texting, scrolling social media, calling, listening to messages etc. He seemed bored and didn’t engage much at all. It was such a bummer.
The dinner was alright, I mean very basic. He ate with us and spent the meal eating or in his phone. After dinner we asked to go back to the airport as we were out of time. Odd because he seemed to be surprised which is why I had been trying to confirm ahead that this would work.
Although it says coffee and tea were included beverages, my husband asked for coffee and was told no. We ended up buying coffee at a cafe on the way back to the car.
Overall we enjoyed Qatar, it’s a beautiful city. I just wouldn’t pay for this tour again.

Wonderful night tour primarily of Souq Waqif and the Katara Cultural Center with Ali, our guide. Ali is a great guide and took us to many special places that we would not have found on our own. His English is excellent, he is very informative and engaging, and he made the entire tour a delightful experience.

Had a superb night tour with Ali soon after my check into hotel. I had a 8pm tour, but Ali contacted me earlier to say can start 7;30 if ready to go...which was what I wanted. It a really good intro to Doha central soon after arrival for quick orientation. I highly recommend and best use of time! Meal was good also. Ali surprised me with a photo opportunity with Bhist and wold cup trophy like Messi!. Don't miss.

We had a 24 hour layover and did the night tour 2.5 hours after we landed. Ali took us everywhere! We visited the Souq, the mosques, the various Pearls of Qatar and more! We shared a great meal of naan, chicken, lamb and hummus. The next day we went to go explore but there really was nothing left so we took advantage of the pool! This is the perfect tour to see all of Doha!

I was very disappointed in this tour. It was advertised as 4-5 hour city tour, and ended up being a 3.5 hour tour. My tour guide was not knowledgeable, and was silent for most of the time. I had to constantly ask questions to get some information out of him. The experienced was rushed. When we were outside a few times, the guide would walk briskly in front of me as if I was not with him. We were supposed to do a tour of the old market, and that literally was about 5-10 min max, as he rushed through it. I paid over $200 for this tour and I feel that it was not worth it. At most, it was worth $100 or so.

This was our first time visiting Doha and I would like to recommend this great way to see some incredible sights and views - but most of all I would HIGHLY recommend our AMAZING tour guide, Sayed Javid ! Javid was the most informative, entertaining, knowledgable and took some fabulous videos and photos of us during the tour. He was flexible with the schedule as well and I can not recommend him enough - loved every moment of this experience.

We were very pleased with this tour and our guide. This tour provides a lovely overview of the growing city of Doha. Some of our very stops includes the National Museum of Qatar, the Souq Watif and the Museum of Islamic Art. Our guide, Hassan was a pleasure all evening and gave us a great trip. He provided great information and answered any questions we had. You would be lucky to get Hassan as your guide. The meal option at the Souq was delicious and felt very authentic at a restaurant filled with locals. Would definitely recommend this tour to anyone staying in Doha or has a long layover and would like to catch some of the highlights of the city.

We were so thankful to have had Ali as our guide. He is one of the rare locals whom we met on our stay in Doha and we were pleased to have met him. During our tour, Ali not only explained many of the historic sites to us but he also shared his insights into the history and religion of the area. For me, it was very interesting.
Through it all, Ali maintained a very positive attitude, was always concerned as to whether we were learning, and did all he could to ensure we left the tour knowing more than when we started.
Indeed, education was one of the hallmarks of this tour and I would highly recommend his company - Falcon Tours - should you ever finding yourself in Doha. Ali, thank you so much!

I had a 21 hour layover in Doha. Decided to do the this tour, the evening of my arrival in Doha. I was traveling to Doha solo, I felt totally safe.
I was picked up by Javid, I had an AMAZING tour of Doha, with an Amazing Guide Javid. He introduced me to the beauty of Qatar, he is a great photographer. I HIGHLY recommend this tour and request Javid. You will thank me later. I visited the sites of Doha, went to the Souk, had a traditional Qatari dinner. Doha is majestic and beautiful, especially at night.

We lucked out when Ali was sent to be our tour guide. He was warm and funny and truly enjoyed showing us around the city. And we booked a tour because we had a long layover in Doha, and it was the best decision that we could’ve made. When he introduced himself, I was excited because I had seen so many good reviews about him. He did not disappoint. Doha is a lovely city, and I am so glad we were able to see it with someone who was not only informative, but clearly showed his love for the city.

Wow!! This was officially the greatest layover I have ever had!
I had a layover of 9 hours in Doha, and 5 1/2 of them were spent with the most incredible tour guide Ali, as he shared the most beautiful and marvelous spots in Doha with me.
We started as strangers and ended as wonderful friends! I highly recommend Ali and Falcon Tours for your next trip to Qatar!

This tour was perfect for our long evening layover in Doha! A wonderful unique experience! Ali was our tour guide and he was amazing! Finding him at the airport was easy, as he stayed in communication through WhatsApp. He also dropped us back off at the airport on time. He was a very safe driver, very friendly, and he took great care of us. He gave us opportunities to experience the unique Qatar culture. We even got to see and pet camels! The stores and markets opened late for shopping, and he took us all around. As two female travelers, Ali made us feel safe and welcomed. I recommend this tour to any and everyone!
