Good tour guide BUT disorganized company

Tour Company: 1 Star; Tour Guide: 5 Stars. I confirmed our customized itinerary with Adventure Tourism the day before, only to be asked to start an hour earlier. We compromised on 30 minutes as we had other things planned, but had I not reached out, they likely would've sprung this change on us last-minute. Even worse, they never told our guide about the custom itinerary. When we met him, he was surprised, expecting the standard tour. When I questioned the company, they blamed their 'middleman' and said their tour operator handled the guides, totally unprofessional. Thankfully, our guide Addi saved the day with his friendly, approachable personality. He made our tour informative and efficient despite the company's disorganization. Wish you all the best, Addi!

Guide merely drove and pointed at things. Provided no context as to why we were looking at things. Was unaware museums were closed. Very uninformative trip and a waste of time.

It was a very interesting city and worth going out to see. Our guide, Mohammed, was a nice enough guy, but he seemed more interested in his phone than us, and could have been more enthusiastic about showing off his city.

The car came too small for 6 people, it’s good for big family- 2 adults and 4 kids but not for 6 adults. It was terrible experience.

We had the most amazing time with Ali on Doha this week. He was great at communicating and very knowledgeable. Ali was on time and very cordial and showed us around on a very comfortable extra large pick up truck. He not only shared about Doha but he gave us a little insight on the culture and everyday life of the residents. My husband and I were extremely happy with this tour and Ali’s professionalism and would definitely recommend him and this company to friends visiting Qatar in the future.
