The transfer with kids is always tricky but the comfortable vehicle made the transfer easier for them to handle.

We'd pre-booked a Hotel to Fiji Airport private car, based upon the recommendation of a family member. The car didnt turn up and, following numerous phone calls, another was assigned.
Thankfully our timeframe wasn't overly tight as we'd allowed plenty of time to get there.
The driver who did get us was incredibly apologetic and friendly, getting us to the Airport safely.
We received an apologetic SMS from the private car owner, which we accepted, then to our great surprise, an email came through notifying us of a full refund, which was NOT requested by us, nor did we jump up and down whinging and whining, given the circumstances.
Would we use them again ? Absolutely. These guys know how to put their hand up, admit an error, then fix it, quickly.
