Extremely polite, friendly and knowledgable young man.
Kept us talking with local knowledge and history, and good tips for the activities and hot spots that he took us to.
The activities were a perfect mix of local landmarks, markets, shopping, scenery & relaxation.
He even took photos for us!
Clean, tidy vehicle, and a careful driver on some of the rougher rides.
Would absolutely recommend, whether it just be transfers or for activities.

Rakesh was a good and enthusiastic guide. He was flexible and agreed to alter our itinerary because we did not want to go to the hot springs as it was too hot. He took us to the village where the first inhabitants landed in Fiji instead. He was knowledgeable and I would recommend him.

Rakesh provided a very comfortable and interesting tour of Nadi. His van was cool, clean and top notch. Rakesh was a wealth of knowledge and worked hard to make sure our tour was doable when we had some scheduling difficulties (I booked on the wrong day)!
To be completely fair to Rakesh and this tour, I would HIGHLY recommend him as my guide and transfer anywhere in Fiji BUT I’m not sure I’d recommend this particular itinerary.
Our whole group found it too hot for the hot springs so Rakesh pivoted and took us to First Landing which was very informative and much appreciated by all of us.
The Garden of the Sleeping Giants is beautiful and offers a great glass of juice at the end of the walk.
The Temple is a temple… but if you’ve never been to a Hindu temple it’s quite remarkable.
The shopping is rushed and you are only taken to one store and while it is not a Government owned shop like you’d see in other countries it is very much a tourist shop. I’d personally rather go to a local market and support local artists.
While truly soured this tour for us was the fact we were coming off of an Island high having just spent 5 days on a remote island. If we would have done this tour at the beginning of the trip, we would have had different thoughts.
Overall, I’d recommend this to my friends and family and I would use Rakesh again on a return visit.

The Discover Nadi Tour was good value, it included a brief trip through Nadi, visit to the Temple and local produce markets. The Garden of the Sleeping Giant, and the mud baths and hot springs. Shivaan, our guide, was a wealth of local knowledge. The car was clean and comfortable. Overall, a fantastic experience that I would highly recommend to anyone visiting Fiji!

Nobody else booked so it was just me. I felt like I had a private driver. Nadu was a great host driving me around. The temple was very colorful. Jacks was much more than a souvenir shop. I enjoyed the gardens. The highlight was definitely the mud pools/hot springs. Make sure you bring a towel and bathing suit. After applying the mud, there is a succession of 4 different pools. A fun day away from the resort area.

This tour was one of the highlights of my trip to Fiji! The visit to the Sri Siva Subramaniya Temple in Nadi was beautiful — peaceful, colorful, and full of fascinating history. Our guide Madhu explained the cultural significance and traditions in such an engaging way.
Afterward, the Sabeto Mud Pool and Hot Springs were the perfect way to unwind. Covering ourselves in the natural mud and then soaking in the warm pools was so much fun and left my skin feeling amazing. Everything was well organized, and the local people were so welcoming.
If you want to experience both Fiji’s rich culture and a bit of relaxation, this tour is a must-do!

Rakesh was amazing! He took my bride and I on a fantastic tour around Nadi asking us what WE wanted to do, teaching us the history of Fiji, bringing us to the sacred temple to be blessed and then taking us into town at Jacks of Fiji, where they were also so accommodating, friendly, and taught us more about the culture and history of this amazing island. We were so grateful for the friendly and welcoming acceptance. Rakesh and his beautiful family were incredible. He got to know us on a personal level making our experience perfect for us. It was so nice to get to know them.

We had a great time. The favour highlight of our holiday was Sabeto Hot Springs and mud pool. I did find the fourth bathing pool was a bit hot for my liking however the natural formation of the Sleeping Giant is truly impressive

Honestly disappointing. The tour guide (Rakeesh) was just a driver, had minimal information to provide and would only provide extra if prompted to do so. He also only left the vehicle if it suited him, to do his own shopping or visit friends.
The village tour was not included which was a let down, however Rakesh did not have favourable things to say about native Fijians so he likely would not have provided any useful tour of this village.
Attempted multiple times to upsell other tours and was extremely pushy to other guests.
Very dangerous driver, was texing and calling while driving and speeding. Was genuinely angry that one tour guests flight was delayed and this inconvenienced him.
Tour operator needs to learn some basic manners, history and decorum in order to make this a worthwhile tour.
Dont be racist, read the room and leave the vehicle for >$100 per person, seems like an easy solution.

It was so fun seeing the flora and fauna, the travel guides were so kind and accommodating. Mud bath and hotsprings was a one of a kind experience and the Hindu temple was amazingly beautiful.

It was a lovely half day tour where I saw and learned more about Nadi. The tour guide reached out to me ahead of time and scheduled to pick us up at our Airbnb and scheduled to drop us at end of tour at airport for our flight home. They were so accommodating. The driver was a very personable and friendly young man, who was knowledgeable about Nadi. My favorite stop was the hot springs, the water was so warm and felt so good. I forgot to bring a towel so I had to air dry after showering. Be sure to see look at the vendors selling jewelry and other souvenirs at great prices. In all it was a lovely end to our quick 4 day holiday in Nadi, Fiji

We took the Discover Nadi Tour with one other traveller. Our driver, Rakesh, was prompt, kind, and very efficient, sharing helpful historical insights about Nadi and Fiji as we travelled between stops.
While my husband appreciated having time to explore independently, I was a little disappointed that the guided elements promised in the tour's blurb weren’t provided. We were left to explore each venue on our own, which meant missing out on deeper context. I would have been happy to read about the venues if brochures were provided.
The village village, listed in the itinerary was a drive-by with a quick mention of the Chief’s house and church and only after it was requested. It would’ve been helpful to know this in advance, especially as locals appeared ready to welcome tourists.
The tour itself visits some beautiful and interesting locations, and with a bit more guidance, it could offer a much richer cultural experience. I would still recommend this tour to friends and family but would be sure to mention the above to manage their expectations.
We truly appreciated Rakesh’s friendly approach, and hope the tour description is updated so future travellers can make informed choices and get the most out of their day.
