Your driver will be waiting in the arrival hall by the DRIVER MEETING POINT/LIMO SERVICE holding a signboard with lead traveler name on it. IMPORTANT NOTE: Please advise the number of luggage you have. DEPARTURE TRANSFER. Your chosen time (transfers operate 24 hours a day, 7 days a week). Please advise your preferred pickup time in the Special Requirements field on booking. We recommend that you request your pick up at least three hours in advance of your flight departure time. Dear Terry, We are very sorry that you were unable to use our service. After reviewing the situation, we can confirm that your booking is indeed recorded in our system. Unfortunately, the original booking exceeded the allowed mileage. We attempted to contact you several times by phone and also sent you a new booking link, but we did not receive any response. In order to organize the transfer, it was necessary for us to receive the updated booking as soon as possible so that we could schedule the transfer and assign it to the driver. As the new booking was not provided at least 24 hours prior to the transfer, we were unable to arrange the service. In such cases, we always provide a full refund to our clients. From our side, the full refund has already been approved. To receive the refund for your booking, please contact Viator customer support directly. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused and remain at your disposal should you need any further assistance.

We experienced flight delays coming from ATL into CUR. I communicated with the travel company and they responded every step of the way. Our driver, Patricia, was amazing! She was kind, friendly, and very accommodating. I am very grateful that they made a bit of a stressful experience (flight delays, delayed luggage, etc.) so much better!!
