I will never in my life use this taxi company ever again in life. The person coordinating the cab ride was EXTREMELY unprofessional and chose to have an argument with me via what’s app.

For clarity, transfer coordination and schedule changes should always be handled through our customer service/dispatch contact listed on the booking voucher. In this case, it appears you where coordinating the return transfer was being coordinated directly via WhatsApp with a associate driver, which can unfortunately lead to misunderstandings because drivers are assigned to provide the transport service—not to manage dispatch changes, confirmations, or policy questions in real time, and you may not even get same driver on your return trip.
Regardless of how the miscommunication started, we agree that the exchange should never feel argumentative, and we regret that this situation escalated.
We appreciate your feedback and apologize again for the frustration this caused.

Service was 1.5 hours late and very poor vehicle . We had a reservation for 6 people and the service showed up with a vehicle that would only hold 3 people.

For a private round-trip airport transfer, vehicle capacity is planned based on the confirmed passenger count, and we do not operate a 6-passenger booking with a vehicle that only accommodates 3 guests. If there is ever a fleet adjustment, it is handled by dispatching the correct capacity (either an appropriately sized vehicle or multiple vehicles) to ensure the full party is transported as booked.
Similarly, a delay of 1.5 hours is not consistent with how our transfers are scheduled and dispatched. When timing issues occur, they are typically linked to real-time factors around arrival flow (flight timing, baggage/immigration exit time, or communication at the pickup point), rather than a lack of planning or intent to provide poor service.
We understand that this situation caused frustration and we regret that it left you with a negative impression. We remain committed to delivering reliable, properly coordinated transfers and professional service to every guest.

I don’t know if it was more memorable that my taxi wasn’t at the airport when I arrived or when i contacted customer service to try and locate my driver I was never responded to. Good luck to those who chose Viator. Figure out the local cabs- 1/3 of the price and they will be on time
