We had a wonderful morning with skipper Stamatis & his friendly crew mate. We got to see traditional Corfiot net fishing, which caught the snapper for our meal and did some light action fishing. Tiny fish but beautiful in colour and all new species. They cooked us a beautiful lunch whilst we relaxed, which was really delicious. Anchovies, salad, hummus, it was lovely. We could have swum in the clear waters whilst they cooked had we wished to. We chose to relax with a beer & wine instead! Would recommend this trip for families and parties who like to dabble with fishing but just want a nice morning at sea.

We had such an amazing experience in Corfu! The walk from the cruise ship to the pick up point was about 20 min and was close to Old Corfu town!
We were able to fish, snorkel, swim, and indulge in wonderful food!

We enjoyed everything on this trip.
First we went to the nets set out the night before to get the catch for lunch later. During this trip Stamatis told us many interesting explanations about fishing thanks to his great experience.
After that we learned how to fish with a rod at the island of Vido.
While we were swimming and snorkeling in the crystal clear water in a lonely bay, Stamatis and his partner prepared a delicious lunch from the fish caught with the net before.
We can recommend this excursion with full conviction: if you don't do it, you are definitely missing out something.
