Chinthaka was our guide and driver for the Columbia half day tour… he did a brilliant job, educating us about important temples and sites in Colombo. He listened to our desires and did a wonderful job making sure we saw what we wanted to see in Colombo. In fact, he even volunteered to take us that evening to see the lotus Tower while the lights were on. We were very impressed with our experience on this tour🤩

The air conditioned car with guide was perfect for the 4 hour overview of Colombo. Having the company right in the port is a plus as the tuck tuck's take advantage of passengers with inflated rates just for a ride to the main gate. It was too hot for an entire tour in a tuck tuck. We did feel the two shopping stops for gems and tea cut into our tour time by an hour. We agreed to walk back to the ship from Petta market as we wanted to stay there for a bit. Big mistake with the heat and crazy traffic. Just tell them you dont want expensive gems and tea. The Petta market is much more engaging.
