We had a great day, despite the late arrival of our ship. The car was comfortable and cool. We drove round all the main sites, stopping either for a quick photo or an extended visit as we wished. The amount of information we were given was brilliant and really added to the day. The Sri Lankan curry for lunch was delicious. It was a shame the museum was closed but it just means we will have to revisit and we wouldn't hesitate to book with this company again.

We went for our city tour with Oshan Jayavardana. Very sweet, person , loved his punctuality and caring nature. He took great care in assisting us wherever we went, explained details of all the excursions we did with him. It was truly a wonderful experience. Excellent tour in Columbo. Gimhana our guide was friendly, knowledgeable and a very good driver. We particularly enjoyed the Gangaramaya Temple and Lotus Tower experience.

We booked this tour due to the excellent reviews it had received on Viator. However, we were rather disappointed with our experience.
We saw the places but without any accompanying explanations and flow of information which is expected in a guided tour.
The guide and driver were nice and helpful, but did not possess the knowledge or communication skills they need.
This was the only day we had in Colombo so the tour was a missed opportunity to learn a bit about the history and heritage of this city.

If your looking to know all there is to know about Colombo then this city tour is definitely for you. You won't be disappointed.
We first chose this city tour because of the endless good reviews, in particular about tour guide Lalith.
Lalith took us to all the main attractions which we wanted to see and tailored the day tour to align with our interests. He was super knowledgeable and very accommodating.
Overall it was very good value for money and we would definitely do another tour again with Lalith and will be recommending his services to other fellow travellers and friends. The driver was also excellent and doing it all in the comfort of an air-conditioned van, only added to the already good experience.

I would highly recommend Damith as a tour guide for anyone visiting Colombo, Sri Lanka. He was incredibly knowledgeable about the city's history, culture and landmarks. His English was excellent and he was able to explain everything in great detail.
Damith was also very accommodating and flexible with our requests. He made sure to tailor the tour to our interests and even provided recommendations for other activities and restaurants.
One thing that stood out about Damith was his enthusiasm and passion for his job. He was genuinely excited to show us around his city and share his knowledge with us. He had a great sense of humor and made the tour fun and engaging.
