Firstly taxi transfer booking only highlighted pick-up date but not time or flight details. On arrival the company Real Lanka Holidays were not there to meet us. After 30 mins of phone calls and WhatsApp messages that went unanswered we were forced to pay airport taxi high fare to get to hotel.

I’m in my 60’s travelling solo to Sri Lanka I didn’t want to search for a taxi at the airport after a 17 hour flight so booked Viator before I left, when the taxi arrived the driver did not know the hotel and didn’t have any internet to use gps, I used my limited data to find the address but then we couldn’t find the hotel, he didn’t ask anybody for help and started complaining he needed to get back to the airport for another pick up, so I had to get out of the taxi to ask at a local shop for the location of the hotel and they directed me. I was looking for a reliable stress free taxi from airport to hotel and this was the opposite, will be making other arrangements if needed again in the future.

The tour is well organized. The sights are beautiful. The tour guide, Sunny, is knowledgeable, attentive and well spoken. His English skills are excellent.

Very good safe trip to the hotel. I found my driver and was taken to the taxi very quickly. Good value with no hassle of bartering a price. Highly recommend this company
