The visit of Haut Koenigsbourg castle includes walking and quite a number of stairs. This tour is definitely not recommended for persons with limited mobility)
- Please note that the visit to Eguisheim cannot be guaranteed during the winter months due to seasonal crowds and timing constraints

This Tour was outstanding. We saw so much more by taking this tour than we could have accomplished on our own. The villages were beautiful and the castle was very interesting. Our tour guide Myriam was knowledgeable about the castle and the villages. She made our day enjoyable and we feel lucky to have had her as our guide.

We took this tour on a very cold snowy day in January and it was still fantastic. The roads were too bad to go to the castle but our guide led us to an additional town, and we had a little more time to thoroughly explore all the other beautiful towns in the region.

We had a great day exploring the Alsace villages and really enjoyed our small group guided tour of the castle. So you know, the wine tasting is at the very end of the day at a specific winery. I would have preferred trying wines throughout the day at different wineries because we really didn't enjoy the wine we were served.
Our tour guide was great and the van was very comfortable.

We traveled in a comfortable van, in a small group with a very kind, professional guide. We thought about doing this trip using ride shares or public transportation but are so glad that we did this tour instead. We honestly couldn’t have fit it all in, and we learned so much more from our guide, Alan. This is a wonderful way to have a personal and informative tour of Alsace.

Professional tour company and the guide. Personally I didn't find this tour being much value for money. Two village stops and a castle for less than 7 hours or so... not a great value for the price being charged. Definitely couldn't understand what was referred as wine tasting as a last step at the center of Colmar. The hop on hop off bus costs less than 30 Euros to tour the villages.

Our guide, Arthur, was amazing! A lot of information about all the towns and sites we visited. I was disappointed that the wine tasting was in the city of Colmar at the end of the tour. It would have been much nicer if the tasting had been at one of the many wineries on the wine route. Also, more time in each village to explore on your own after the walking tour - maybe add an hour to the tour and allow an extra 30 minutes in each town?

Absolutely a great tour!! Myriam is a pro and she made the day an interesting and fun experience. The villages we visited were beautiful and filled with old world charm. The wine tasting was informative and delicious and the castle was the icing on a wonderful day!

The information from Jerome, our guide, and the castle plus the quaint villages. The host and wines at Ernest Brun Winery were wonderful. We bought some. The colors and structures of the buildings within the old fortified walls were intriguing

Thierry was an exceptional guide, sharing his vast knowledge of the history of the castle, region and vineyards. It was a day well spent seeing the surrounding beauty outside of Colmar. So glad I took this tour. An added bonus was that the storks had returned to their nesting ground in the Alsace cities that we visited.

We had a great tour and Amelie was very knowledgeable in the history of the area, the towns we visited and the architecture. Our final stop at the winery to do a tasting was even more special because Amelie had given us a tour through a vineyard and shared some of her vast knowledge of local wines.

Our group of 6 had a wonderful day on the Alsace Gems tour - the small towns were exactly what we wanted to see. We also enjoyed touring the castle at the start, and the wine tasting in Colmar at the end. Jerome from Ophorus was an outstanding guide - extremely knowledgeable and personable. The tour was better than any of us expected because of Jerome. The day went very smoothly - we all highly recommend this tour.
