This was a highlight of our time in Kolmar. We had such a fun group and an amazing time. Our guide was knowledgeable about the area and the wines. Gave us great local recs for Kolmar, offered to get us dinner reservations at better dining spots- really lovely experience. Would highly recommend this

This was a highlight of our time in Kolmar. We had such a fun group and an amazing time. Our guide was knowledgeable about the area and the wines. Gave us great local recs for Kolmar, offered to get us dinner reservations at better dining spots- really lovely experience. Would highly recommend this

I'll start by saying that we typically opt for exploring on our own rather than joining tours... And we are so glad we signed up for this! Thierry was an amazing guide- so friendly and also incredibly knowlegable about wines, the history of the area, and where to stop for some very scenic views. The wineries he brought us to had a variety of delicious wines. We feel that if we had planned a 3-winery day on our own, it would not have been nearly as good as this tour. Thierry even provided a recommendation for a winery that was walkable from our hotel to visit on another day.
It was also fun to meet the other people on our tour who were from other parts of the world.
We highly recommend this tour with Thierry. Don't miss it!

Well worth doing. The wine was lovely and we learnt a lot about the history of the region as well as the different wines. Our guide was very knowledgeable and helpful.

Absolutely fantastic tour!
Excellent host, an interesting range of wines and enough time to look around a beautiful town for lunch. A great day! Thierry was warm, great knowledge of the history of the area which brought the tour to life.

Myriam was our guide and she was excellent. She was very knowledgeable about the history of the Colmar area and informative about the wine-growing process. We went to three different wineries and sampled delicious regional wines. We never felt rushed, and we had ample time to enjoy lunch and walk around the towns. I highly recommend this trip and Myriam.

This trip gave me everything that I was looking for on a full day wine excursion. The guide was both knowledgeable on wine and the local area, and provided interesting information about little things which a tourist might not even notice.

The whole trip was extremely good. Arthur, our guide, was excellent. The visits to the three wineries were better than expected and we have been on a few tours. Arthur also added in other features such as a visit to a jam shop, a trip round a most pretty little town and view points for photos. We had such an enjoyable time and tried all the regional wines!

We had an incredible time! Miriam our guide was super friendly and informative, and was happy to answer all our questions. We visited three winemakers and tasted multiple varieties at each, and got to experience all the grapes the region has to offer. Would highly recommend, we loved this experience!

Highly recommend! Arthur was wonderful… knowledgeable, fun, flexible. Small group, small passenger van and it was the perfect size. Our group was quite fun and for a group who didn’t know one another, we had a great time. The tour went to 3 wineries, and the countryside on the way was beautiful. We stopped at Ribeauville for lunch. What an amazing little town! We ran late and kept chatting and Arthur was so gracious. Thank you Arthur! Have fun on your adventure!

Jerome was wonderful!! He met us at our appointed time, showed us a map of the Alsatian region and where we would be going for the day. He used a headset so that the travelers in the back of the van could hear him.. He pointed out sights, interesting facts and history as we traveled to each destination. The wineries we visited were varied and unique. My favorite was Victor Hertz Winery. Beatrice, owner and winemaker was fun and engaging. The fat de Chene Pinit Noir was delicious! My traveling partner enjoyed the wine and location of The Francois Bauer Winery.
It was a wonderful day full of wine drinking and history!

None from this group as we were assured they would wait for us. We were 4 minutes away and they left us. So pretty miserable day!
Hard to gain communication with third party outfitter. Kept being rerouted to email only. No help.

What a wonderful way to tour the region, sampling great Wines. Visiting family run vineyards. Our Guide Gerome was superb, very knowledgeable and adding lots of humour into the trip. No question remained unanswered. Superb, thoroughly recommend.

Myriam was an amazing guide! She was so knowledgeable about the region, as well as the wine from this region! We selected a tour last minute and we are so happy we did and that Myriam was our guide. We also had a lovely group to taste wine with!

We ended up getting a private tour as we were the only ones that booked. Thierry was our guide and he was amazing! He is very knowledgeable of not only wine but also the region. He offered great recommendations for lunch and we never felt rushed anywhere or any pressure to buy anything. We would love to just hang out with him more to hear stories and talk about the region. The tour itself was well planned with a variety of stops. We would easily recommend this tour to others, though note that if it's with a full 8 people group that the van would be tight.

Beautiful day exploring wineries and villages. We visited three wineries in three separate villages and also had a 2
Hour lunch break and tour in Eguisheim, one of the most beautiful villages in Alsace. Amelie was the perfect host—full of information about Alsace, the wines, food pairings and even the storks. She gave us a great restaurant recommendation which we enjoyed the next day. You can’t miss with this tour!

This was truly the best tour of any kind I have been on. Thierry was a fantastic tour guide - a native of the region, he was a walking encyclopedia who enthusiastically answered every question, explaining historical events from the twelfth century and beyond and how they impact things to this day, all with humor! The wineries we visited were all delicious, and we had the chance to hear directly from the wine makers and sit amidst casks 150+ years old. Truly awe-inspiring, beautiful, and comfortable in a perfectly clean and air-conditioned van. If I ever return to the area, I will go on this tour again!
