On arrival at Chiang Mai Airport please collect your luggage, proceed to the exit of the Customs Hall and make your way to the meeting point at gate number 2 (two) inside the terminal. You will be met by a representative who will be holding a sign with your name on it. Should you have any queries or fail to meet your guide please phone (+66) 53 448 343 between 8:30-17:00 (Mon-Fri) and 8:30-12:00 (Sat) or (+66) 89 433 1796 for after hours assistance

Even this was just a transfer to my hotel, the lady that greeted us gave a good commentary of the interesting places en route to the hotel. Also informed us the places of interest around the hotel where we were staying.
