We were left high and dry by the company we had booked. We contacted viator and after a bit of talking we were able to get to fez and only 2 hours behind schedule

When the reservation is made on the site from Chefchaouen to the city of Fez and the person changes direction to another city and further away and wants to take advantage of the same price, this we do not want here and do not accept it. We sent a message days and weeks before the day of travel came, but the customer ignored us and did not respond to the message, but we We spoke and sent a message to Viator to send him his money and he sent it on the same day and immediately. We are not responsible for this customer because he wanted to take advantage of the trip. End proof
