We had a great experience with our private transfer from Chefchaouen to Fes. Everything was very well coordinated, with personalized pick-up and a comfortable, smooth drive.
Both the organizer and the driver reached out ahead of time to confirm the details and pick-up time, which made the entire experience easy and stress-free. The service was reliable, professional, and well organized from start to finish. We would definitely recommend them for a private transfer in Morocco.
Transportation between chefchaouen and Fez made super easy. Met at meeting point. Radwan was our driver and got us safely to our hotel. Air conditioning in the car was a plus.
An easy way to get from Chefchaouen to Fez. Our shared transport ended up as a private one. The driver was on time and professional.

Soufiane was a great driver. It was great he spoke English and was conversational with us! Very accommodating & professional ! He just wanted us to feel comfortable. He also got us safe to Chefchaouen. The vehicle was also comfortable with working AC. Thank you Soufiane. There's not much to say here, it was a one way transfer to Fes. 5 hours in a car with other people headed to the same place.

The booking process was fine we had stayed overnight and were obviously joining a day trip on the way home the bus left late and the driver was in a hurry so it was quite stressful and bumpy at times! However I would recommend it as good value for money and we were dropped close to our Riad.
The transfer went smoothly and was on time. I shared the vehicle with some nice people who were on a day tour.

Very comfortable ride straight to our hotel in Fes. The team was in constant communication with us before pickup in Chefchaouen and extremely accommodating and nice.
La experiencia fue genial, desde el primer momento contactaron con nosotros para confirmar todo y nos avisaron con tiempo para coordinar la recogida y el horario. El mismo día nos contacto el guía RedWan y se acerco a buscarnos hasta donde estábamos para asegurarse de que nos encontrábamos. Durante todo el viaje estuvo muy atento a nosotros al igual que el conductor Mohsine y ambos hicieron muy ameno el viaje. Pararon para hacer descansos, ir al baño y poder tomar algunas fotos en miradores muy bonitos. Antes de la llegada se preocuparon de contactar con nuestro Riad para coordinar la llegada y nos acompañaron hasta la puerta. Un servicio 5 estrellas.
Además nos comentaron que tienen otras ofertas de tours y visitas guadas que seguro tendremos en cuenta en nuestro próximo viaje al país. Son muy serios y profesionales.

Un servizio perfetto e puntuale il minibus è venuto a prendereci all hotel parador alle ore 16 in quattro comode ore siamo arrivati a Fes abbiamo fatto una sosta al bar consiglio di fare andata a chefchaouen un giorno pernottare e tornare a fes il giorno dopo
La verdad es que la compañía de transporte bien, pero casi nos quedamos sin volver…..
Suerte que nos dio por llamar al conductor 5min antes de la hora de salida porque no veíamos a nadie en el lugar donde se había dicho que teníamos que estar.
Se ve que ellos no tenían la reserva nuestra en ningún lado, que viator no se la notificó…. Suerte que había sitio en el autobús y el conductor nos quiso llevar igual sino ya habíamos pagado y nos dejaban allí….
O sea que la puntuación es mala.
(El día antes habíamos hecho el itinerario al revés y todo bien pero en este caso mal por coator).
