Scamsters who never showed up

Don’t ever take this group. They never showed up. I wrote to them on what’s app, sent an email, and I still didn’t hear back! This is a scam and I hope Viator will block them and refund my money.

We really enjoyed our tour! You cannot visit Chefchaouen without this tour. You get to see and explore so much of the city with this tour guide. This tour was a true highlight of our Morocco trip. We highly recommend!

Omar gave us an in-depth, cultural, and authentic Chaouen experience ever. We don’t think we can find anyone else better than Omar, who grew up in the Blue City, knows ever streets, every vendors, and the beautiful places you wish to take the pictures. Most importantly, Omar is a pround Moroccan that takes pride of every bit of Morocco, especially within Chaouen. You will not regret the day spent with Omar.

Omar and Mae are excellent guides to Chefchaouen. Highly recommend. They are very willing to share their time and knowledge of the area, giving visitors an inside glimpse of local cafes and treasures.

ガイドは非常に紳士的かつ知識も豊富で、小さいメディナではありましたが写真スポットもたくさん教えてもらえました。わざわざ商店が多い道を「うるさいだろうし自分たちで行けるよね」と避けて案内をしてくれました。最後にお茶しようと誘っていただき、楽しく会話させてもらいました。とても良かったです。

Una experiencia horrible y una falta de profesionalidad terrible

El guía nos dejó tirados y no pudimos hacer la visita después de haberla pagado. Después de media hora esperando nos llamó para decir que no acudirá él y que mandaba a un amigo para que hiciera la vista con nosotros. Tras discutir con él por teléfono, ya que se empeñaba en que accediéramos a la medina por un lugar que no era apropiado para la silla de ruedas y era peligroso (ya estaba previo aviso de que iba una persona en silla de ruedas desde hacía bastante tiempo), no nos dio opción de entrar en la medina por otro lugar. Tras una fuerte discusión, en nuevo guía nos dijo que entráramos por la grande place, que era un acceso adecuado, pero en ves de venir con nostros y empezar la visita allí, quedo con nosotros en la plaza Al Hawta y cuando llegamos, después de preguntar cómo se llegaba sin que hubiera que pasar por escaleras, no estaba allí. Una experiencia horrible. Una falta total de empatía y de profesionalidad. No volveremos a contratar con este guía ni aunque nos pagara por hacer el tour.
