Excellent cooking experience with Ibrahim and Mourad. Picked up from hotel on time . Preparation was well laid out fresh ingredients from the market and vibrant spices . Beautiful setting looking at the the mountains while preparing the vegetables and ingredients. Great discussions ranging over many topics learning the culture and the Moroccan cuisine . Passionate and proud of cultural traditions and heritage. Lovely meal when all cooked . Chicken targine, carrot salad , eggplant dip , fresh salad , fruit with orange blossom water . Thank you boys for a wonderful experience!! Well recommended to do in chefchouen. The tangine was so much better than any restaurant as it had all the spices and cartelised flavours from the tangine!

Absolutely fantastic cooking class! The location is top-notch, easy to find and very pleasant. The kitchen was spotless, well-organized, and had a fantastic view, which really added to the experience. Ibrahim is extremely welcoming, friendly, and made everyone feel comfortable right from the start. His instructions were clear and easy to follow, making the whole process enjoyable even for beginners. Best of all, the food we made turned out absolutely delicious. Highly recommended!

We really enjoyed our private cooking class in Chefchaouen on April 28th. While not every detail was perfect, it was still a wonderful way to spend an afternoon, and we’d absolutely encourage others to try it.
The chef was welcoming and clearly passionate about sharing Moroccan cuisine. The vista from the class was exceptional — overlooking the town and the surrounding countryside, which added a special atmosphere to the whole experience.
By default, wine isn’t included, but the chef kindly arranged for a bottle to be delivered. If that’s something you’d enjoy, we’d recommend bringing your own.
We understand he’s a young entrepreneur just starting this culinary venture, so we shared some constructive feedback. That said, we had a great time and left with recipes, techniques, and memories we look forward to bringing back to our kitchen in Washington, DC.

Absolutely amazing the 2 staff were just amazing, our cooking experience meet above expectations and we could not believe how amazing the staff and the experience was…was well above our expectations, truly above and beyond…they made it super special and I would definitely be back as they were just amazing , knowledgeable and simply incredible staff that made our experience amazing.

This was such an amazing good time. First, our hosts Ibrahim and his colleague were wonderful. The high balcony with fantastic views was just the beginning. They guided us though the preparation process and we were able to experience so many recipes. This was further enhanced as the sunset gave a warm glow. We sat down to enjoy the fruits of our labor with twinkling lights of the city. Just Magical.

Our family of 4 (including a 10 and 12 yo) felt welcomed and well looked after by friends Abdel & Ibrohim. Ibrohim was a wonderful teacher and cook who took us through all our separately chosen dishes, we definitely picked up some new techniques. We learnt many new things about people and culture as well! To top it off the final meal was the best meal we'd had for our whole 9 day trip.
Thank you for sharing with us Ibrohim and Abdel, it was a great personal experience for our whole family. We highly recommend you book with them.

La Riad est super jolie avec une vue magnifique sur les montagnes pendant qu’on cuisine.
Les garçons sont souriants, sympathiques et passionnés. Ils se sont démenés malgré notre réservation dernière minute (ce que nous ne conseillons pas pour la grosse gestion que nous leur avons donné)
