I bought the audio tour today but could not access my tour download. The instructions (which were very complicated and long) could not be carried out though I tried many different ways. I called the help line but no one picked up. They said to leave a message and some one will call me within 24 hrs. Unfortunately today was the only day I was in Charlottetown, so I wasted my money. If someone from the company reads this, I would appreciate it if you refund my money.
