Informative tour. Great fall colors. Tour guide was not as prepared as one would hope. Anne of Green Gables part should be expanded to include both sites.

Madison, the tour guide was very friendly and informative - you can tell she has a great passion for the island and its history (which I really enjoyed learning about).
It was really interesting to learn about L.M Montgomery’s life and see her inspiration for Anne of Green Gables.

Our guide Gavin was most knowledgeable of the island he has spent nearly his entire life living on. We really enjoyed the entire tour, and especially our time at Green Gables. A beautiful place and highly recommended.

I would like to give 0 star instead of 1 if I have an option. We booked this tour last week at 1:30pm. In the morning, I checked the email and saw the pickup time around 8:45-9am. By that time it already passed it so I emailed them and had a respond the new schedule pick up time around 1:15. So we waited until 1:40 then called and you guys said the tour had been canceled because it was a tour guide’s day off. What’s a joke, isn’t it. So we asked for the refund because it was our last day in PEI and we can’t re-schedule. So we’ve been told that the refund will be back to my bank account within 5 days. And today is more than a week and we received no refund yet. Fix your mistake please.

We were expecting a luxury Mercedes van. 14 hours before our tour we were told it wasn't available and ended up in a crappy tour bus that holds maybe 20 people. We bounced around for five hours on terrible roads in this crappy van. They did not deliver as promised. I have never had a problem with Viator up until now. Even the driver and guide seemed like they were hired at the last second to do this trip. I would not recommend this company unless you can be guaranteed they would bring the equipment promised with a good tour guide. We could not find our tour company without a lot of searching. All the other companies had someone right by the boat to tell you which way to go. We had to go find these people on a building that we weren't familiar with. Totally bad experience all the way through. But where are we going?

This was a very good experience, just breath taking, we are a family of three with a pre-teen and Bob was able to keep him engaged throughout the whole time. I would recommend this to everyone who wants to have a great time with beautiful scenery.

There was some initial confusion about my not being in the same car with my colleague (after I had booked us together), making for a late start. But that was corrected and made up for at the end. The tour itself was interesting and varied, with a nice and informative guide

Halifax in itself is a beautiful place, and the tourism board has done an exceptional job of keeping up the house, the grounds and the trinket shop in good order.

Our tour guide, Rob was excellent. He's a native of the island. Very informative and entertaining. The tour itself was good . Our only complaint - i booked this tour because it was a very small group in a van BUT it ended up being a bus with 54 people. Not what I paid for. The guide didn't even know this till 11pm the nite before, he was not happy either.

Yestarday’s tour was such a beautiful journey through Prince Edward Island’s charm and history. We visited the Anne of Green Gables House in Cavendish — a place I’d always dreamed of seeing since reading L. M. Montgomery’s novels as a child. The house, museum, and the two nearby trails — Haunted Wood and Lover’s Lane — were glowing with fall colours.
We stopped by Cavendish Beach, North Rustico Beach, Stanhope Beach, and the picturesque Covehead Lighthouse, each framed by golden dunes and red cliffs. The stop at Montgomery Park with her bronze sculpture was such a touching tribute to the author who brought Anne’s world to life.
Back in Charlottetown, we drove by Victoria Park and a bit of the downtown area — from tree-lined paths to red-brick streets, everything felt calm and welcoming. A perfect autumn day filled with stories, sea breeze, and shades of gold. 🍁

Was a nice experience. Our guide was friendly and informative. Only wish we had more time at Green Gables. Many buses were there so it was quite crowded making it challenging to review everything there.

Gavin our guide was fantastic. He knew the island well and had the right personality and enthusiasm for the tour. He took us to the traditional spots and also stopped if we found something we wanted to see. His knowledge of the island's history was fascinating.

A decent tour of P.E. I. and the “home” of Ann of Green Gables. We were four passengers in a van with our guide. The tour was good and the driver knowledgeable about the area and history. He could work on making his driving experience better, smoother acceleration deceleration and smoother steering.

The tour guide never introduced himself to any of us, piled 7 of us in a beat up mini van, gave only minimal info. I can’t believe he was working for a company (no logo on the minivan), so somehow this private guy made over 800 bucks driving us around for 4 hours. I can’t complain because I only know his first name (which I had to ask for)

There is no wireless service in the building, so I couldn’t get the virtual tour guide. There is great information about LM Montgomery’s early life.

Wasn't really a lot to see. Green gable house was really hyped up with it taking a few minutes to see. Tour guide was very monotone while explaining things on the drive. Couldn't here in the back of the van andhe waited till halfway there to turn the mic on.

The Green Gables Heritage site is a highly anticipated site by many of our guests, it being the inspiration for L. M. Montgomery's famous novel. We time our tours with the intent of the most satisfaction by the maximum people.

It’s well paced. Apart from Green Gables, everyone’s highlight, it gives the opportunity to see and learn a bit more about PEI. Rob was perfect, and everyone was so friendly.

We were in a van with six total guests and our guide, David. David did a great job showing us several sites on our way to Green Gables and answered any questions we had. If there was any negative, it would be that I wish we had more time at Green Gables. I am grateful that we got to experience this as the tours were sold out on the cruise ship.
