    Our guide barely spoke...

    Our guide barely spoke English. He was taking pictures like he was on vacation. Food was cold and stale. The boat was gross.

    Tour operator never showed up

    The tour operator was a no show for our tour. We were to be picked up at 8 am. At 9 am we finally got through to them. They said they forgot about our tour. When on vacation losing a planned day is not good. Waiting to confirm refund

Unfortunately, there was an issue with our booking system, and we did not receive an email confirmation for your reservation on the specified date. This oversight was only brought to our attention when you contacted us. Please note that we have already processed your refund last January 23, 2025.

    The guides were very friendly. They even guided my husband while taking underwater snorkeling videos. Gilutongan and Nalusuan snorkeling was nice…only it was too hot to stay at the Nalusuan and Caogahan sandbar. Overall a good experience!
