Not only was this the best tour I have ever done in my life. These were the best tour guys I’ve ever had in my life. I don’t know how but they took pictures. Better on my phone than I have ever done. Absolutely captured all the breathtaking moments and more helpful than any guide I have ever had. I highly recommend this tour.

Picked up from hotel by driver Leo who was great and easy to talk to as it was a 3 hour+ drive. Canyoneering was amazing and so was the your guide Junya who was there if i needed any assistance and took videos and photos for me throughout the whole experience. Lunch at the end was tasty and got served fried chicken, pork spring rolls, rice, a noodle dish and mangos.
No complaints and it was a memorable experience.

The trip was worth the 3 hour drive , fun and exciting . Our driver Adrian was great , he was very accommodating and gun to be around .
Our tour guides were great and helpful . I’m not a swimmer and they made sure I was safe and took care of me when I twisted my ankle

This is a great way to experience Kawasan Falls! It includes hiking, cliff jumping, slides, swimming, and more. We had a lovely time with our guides and would highly recommend this to anyone looking for adventure in Cebu.

Nice excursion with a professional tourguide. Only the touroperator wants to scam tourist to charge 4000 Philippine peso if your hotel is outside the free pickup point. Normal this will cost 500 Philippine peso one way using the app Grab. But the tourguide don't give you a option to go to a free pickup point, you need to threat with a complain.

We’d like to clarify the additional transportation fee. The pickup location for your hotel was outside our standard service area, and your pickup was scheduled for early morning, which limits the availability of ride-hailing services like Grab. The additional fee covers not only the extended distance but also the logistical arrangements required for early pickups to ensure you arrive on time for the tour.
We always strive to communicate clearly and fairly with our guests, and we sincerely apologize if you felt pressured or uninformed about your options. In the future, we are happy to offer guests the choice to proceed to a designated free pickup point if they prefer.

The scenery was amazing! Absolute stunning nature and a must do. Unfortunately the tourguide thought it would be a big success if we can do the tour in 3 instead of 4 or 5 hours. He just rushed everywhere and sprinted at some points. Thats not the experience you wish from a private tour, sorry. He just wanted to go home asap. If hes not paid enough so spend the time there with his guest, then charge more, but thats not how it should be. Nevertheless the nature is really great and I recommend everyone to go there. Maybe with another tourguide.

I highly recommend this canyoneering tour at Kawasan Falls- it was a long day but definitely worth it! They provided water shoes, sock, a life jacket and helmet so you felt totally ready to hike, scramble, jump and swing throughout the canyons/rivers. Lockers, a water case and Go Pro are all available if you want/need as well.

Our experience was great during canyoneering, our tour guide was amazing but the transportation was really disappointing. The driver was late and we were sent a taxi. The driver also did not know where to go or where to drop us off. There was no signal so he ended up wasting time asking around. We started our activities like 1-2 hours late.

The trip started with our friendly driver Eugene picking us up on time from our hotel. This tour is private, which means you and your guests will be the only people in your vehicle and on your tour. Eugene was kind enough to make a quick pit stop at a local laundromat so we could drop some laundry of, and a rest stop to relieve ourselves. Once we were on our way, Eugene took us safely to our destination. There we met Roy, our tour guide who is a seasoned veteran. Roy was the most informed tour guide and is also a terrific photographer. Roy gave us the option of including the zipline to Kawasan Falls, which I recommend to anyone who isn't adverse to heights and speeding along head first.
Once we began canyoning, Roy knew all the spots to take photos, and shared some information in English and Tagalog. If you're lucky enough to have Roy as your guide, know you will be in good hands. I recommend bringing your own towel if you need to dry off before the journey back to your hotel. You will also be offered the option to hire a Go Pro, which is handy for all the action shots.
Another recommendation is to listen to the tour guide's instructions when entering the water. We were trailing behind other tourists who didn't heeded the instructions, and ended up dislocating their shoulder when they landed in the water incorrectly. Tour guides are first aid trained, but prevention is better than the cure.
Overall Cebu Tours should commend Roy and Eugene for providing a terrific and memorable experience.

The actual tour guides were awesome but over all the cost was 400 Australia dollars not worth the cost due to the length of time having finished the tour at 11am and the lunch provided for the cost was terrible a cup of rice 1 small piece of chicken 1 slice of Mango and 2 of the smallest piece of Shanghai I have seen at a cost of 8000 peso each you would think the lunch provided for that price you would get a lot more overall poor value for money you are better of to get your own way there and pay a guide and get your own lunch for a much better experience

Hi, we are very sorry about your experience in our Kawasan Falls Canyoneering tour. Actually, you can DIY to the same tour, or book to the direct operator where you can get a lesser price, but absolutely getting a package will give you a lesser price to the fact that when getting a package, the price of the roundtrip vehicle will be lesser than hiring a driver and car for your tour and being a walk-in there in Badian which has a fixed rate for Canyoneering as imposed by the LGU and all are arranged by an accredited agency. Nevertheless, we will try to look for options so we can lower the rates here.

Great activity with amazing guides! Danrib and Roy took great care and attention so we felt safe and had a great time through the canyon. Roy was especially great for being our own personal cameraman and taking great photos throughout. Danrib was also great by giving us a hand at every step of the way so we we had a good footing on the slippery rocks, and when in the water. A special shoutout to our driver Allan for the roundtrip transfer from lapu-lapu to the canyoneering location in a comfortable suv. Highly recommend the experience and this team!

They do have "go-pro" type cameras to rent that the guide will control and take all kinds of picture and videos for you.
they also have lockers to store your belongings (including your dry clothes you bring for afterwards).
The 3 hr drive to/from Cebu City is pretty nasty. Thank goodness for a talented and knowledgeable driver.

This was an amazing experience. One of our group has an artificial leg and was an absolute legend doing this canyoneering down the river. Our 4 guides for the 4 of us were absolutely the best you could get helping our friend and ourselves along the way. We were probably the oldest people doing this trip with ages ranging from 57 to 65. We had an absolute ball. Fantastic experience, can't speak highly enough of our guides. Thank you.

A driver came to pick me up from my hotel. I got dressed at the first shop and then went up to the canyons on a moped with my guide. I got my own personal guide who will showed me the canyons and took my pictures and videos. Theres lockers at the first shop and a go pro to borrow incase you don’t have a waterproof phone. I would recommend having a waterproof camera! Lunch was at a local restaurant. They gave me fried chicken, noodles and rice.

The driver showed up on time and made getting from Cebu city to Kawasan falls and back to Cebu city easy.
We had 3 guides through Kawasan falls and they were amazing, they were friendly and extremely helpful they even took all the great photos for us, our 3 guides worked seamlessly, as two would be guiding us through each step The 3rd would be in the best position to photo us, our guides communicated great and spoke English well.
I can't recommend them enough, tip was not required but they really earned it.
