Misleading itinerary

The safari portion once we reached Aquila was very good - nice buffet meal and excellent local guide at the resort. Many of the animals - including the 4 elephants and 4 lions - are artificially fed by the rangers, just like in a zoo. Pls note that there was only one stop along the way - that too at a gas station! We did not go to any of the other listed stops in the description, such as the diamond works factory. I brought this to the attention of the operator - he apologized and offered me a free airport transfer the next day. I did not accept the airport transfer, and asked him to correct the description in the Viator listing instead, so that other tourists will not be deceived like we were. I have waited for two weeks for him to make the change but he has not. Therefore I have no choice but to provide this negative review.

Eric was a fantastic driver-very attentive and polite despite it being a long day with lots of driving. The buffet at the reserve was excellent and the wine before the safari and at the end was a lovely touch. We saw all the animals and the safari guide was also very good. An excellent experience
