What a great day of touring 4 different wineries with Pamela our guide. Pamela knows her 'stuff' and we enjoyed our personal tour, just my wife and I and Pamela.
She gave great recommendations for the wine and various pairings with cheese and other foods. The wineries were generous with their pours and we were certainly feeling it at the end of the day!
Highly recommend this private tour, really gives you a flavor of the wine industry in South Africa. A fun time!

Our guide Pamela was very knowledgeable about the wines we were tasting and the region. The three wineries chosen were outstanding. The first one Muratie was my favorite because it had an interesting history. The cheese pairing at the next winery Lavenir was delightful. The lunch stop at Guardian Peak had gorgeous view and yummy food. The final stop Waterford Estate had a chocolate pairing which I enjoyed. We bought chocolate to take home.

The advantage of a Private Wine Tour is that the day is yours to spend as much time as you need at the various wine estates and also allows us to really go behind the scenes with extra pairings, cellar tours and often to meet various people involved in the wine-making process at some of the estates we visit

Wilhem was the best! He customized the tour to visit wineries that best fit our likes. He was extremely knowledgable and a pleasure to spend our time with in Cape Town. Would have enjoyed spending more of our visit with him! The wineries were fun to see and they make some very nice wines.

Lovely day in 3 different and selective wineries with Pamela.
Her knowledge and expertise in wines is remarkable! This is not just a drive to wineries but felt more like a walking/talked history background of South African wine making.
We had a great day with her and definitely recommend it for anyone who is more into enjoying wine testing without rushing and waiting when in big groups.

Tsiba Tsiba tours did an excellent job of representing the Stellenbosch wineries. George, our tour guide, was knowledgeable and friendly. His car was clean and classy. We honestly felt like dignitaries.
Each winery demonstrated a different terrior, affected by the proximity to the mountain range, the rise and run of the valleys and the breeze off of the ocean.
Ryan at L’Avenir winery in tandem with George really added a special experience for us. Their sense of humour, and their life experience as residence of Stellenbosch added a narrative that I’ve never experienced at any other wine tour.
Thank you Tsiba Tsiba Tours and George for the experience.
